Had to have a front fender replaced after my wife hit a low stanchion in a parking lot. Took it to Chaney's for an estimate mainly because they were nearby. The repair took a week. I was given free shuttle service both ways and the repair took one extra day. The price was actually $15 less than the original estimate. Looking at it you'd never know the fender was replaced...the paint matched perfectly. I hope I never need their services again but if I do they are my first choice. read more

Fantastic experience for a service I wish I never needed! Someone hit my car in a parking garage and caused some major scraping and dents in both driver side doors and the door handle. I was referred to Chaney's by my insurance company and they did a fantastic job! Kerry was super helpful and communicated with me along the way about the status of my repairs. He took care of everything with insurance and had my car back to me even earlier than quoted. Chaney's just completed our second repair,,, both were done very well. Both were difficult in working with insurance and Chaney's helped us through the process. Both vehicles look great and all damages were repaired, although they took a little longer than estimated time. These guys don't care about anything other than collecting money and they make excuses like experienced politicians. They don't check their work, blame their subcontractors for mistakes, and collude with their buddies to minimize the repairs. They gave us back a vehicle later than advised telling us it was "ready". "Ready" apparently means the vehicle pulls to one side and lane departure / blind spot monitors etc. were not functioning. Their attitude when we pointed out these issues was unbelievable - how dare we ask them to do their job!! If you ask them to fix their own mistakes which they should have caught, they act like you swore at their mother. Highly recommend that you go literally anywhere else. read more

Went here for a bumper repair (recommended by The Hartford) and although the service was attentive, the initial communication was NOT GOOD. We went from a 3 day $800 job to an 11 day $2100 job--which was covered by insurance--but we weren't aware of the change and therefore went to pick up the car after 3 days and it wasn't ready. The problem DID GET RESOLVED but it was a hassle because I had already returned the rental car. They have an auto TXT system but if the sales rep doesn't update the computer, the system sends a few texts a day with inaccurate updates. Beware. read more

This place shouldn't be in business. Not only are they rude, but these people are incompetent. If you actually want a remotely half decent job done on a vehicle you that you care about take your car anywhere else but this place. They not only did a poor cosmetic job on the exterior that which they gave back with repainted parts with paint flaking off and other areas with touch up paint, but for the repair that was done on the frame of the vehicle they ground off the frame protective factory coating exposing huge areas of bare metal to rust out, and another bracket they welded onto the frame was already rusting out upon picking up the vehicle. And they left me with a car that no longer drives in a straight line. They will probably respond back to this review with cover-up responses blaming others or that they offered to look at the car again, but use your own judgement. They don't have your interests at heart and will give you back a pile of crap. read more

Loved this place. We had a mini emergency when our door trim was starting to lift and get caught every time you opened the door. Not acceptable; It's a Bentley. We stopped in to see what could be done. They priced the replacement trim piece at $1,000 yet would not be able to install because of the complicated process that Bentley developed. However, they spent an hour trying everything else they could think of to get us back on the road. It was above and beyond helpful. When asked what we owed, they said "Nothing". First time I went in for an estimate they were polite and friendly. They said parts would be in in two weeks. I called them after 3 weeks. Then the parts wouldn't be in for 2 months. They said they must have not understood the parts company. After 2.5 months I called again. This time the secretary said the person I was working with was busy, but he texted her saying the parts were on back order and there was no ETA. I waited another month and called again. Again the guy I was working with would not take my call. The assistant said she'd check with the service department and call me back. That was three months ago. Bottom line is they have never ever called me. I order the parts myself online and had them in two weeks. I had them painted and installed by another company. Had some cosmetic scratches on our Honda CR-V, I didn't think I could handle, so I went to Chaney's for an estimate. We dealt with Rozalynn, who was very helpful. She took a look at our vehicle's damage, which was from someone scraping the side of our car in the parking lot at Fry's. She said we could consider 2 options. 1. She estimated the total repair in the body shop would be between $500 and $700. Option 2 would involve her taking the car back to the shop right now and seeing if their "buffer" could remove most of the scratches today for Free. Of course I chose option #2. 10 minutes later she returned with our car looking very good. She recommended some auto touch up paint I could purchase myself at Honda which should allow me to complete the repair myself. This type of customer service is typically not found these days. I was having problems with my car. The air conditioning unit was not working so I called Cheney collision Center about fixing my AC unit. I dealt with the person they call Roz . I dropped my vehicle off on June 17,2024 They found the problem I fan motor went out. They charge me $367 that's including the diagnostic Ross said that my vehicle will be ready by Friday and surely by Friday, June 21, 2024. My car was ready. Upon arriving to the Cheney collision center, Roz went over with me what they did to the vehicle. Ross gave me the keys, said thank you for the business as I was approaching my vehicle. My whole left side of my vehicle was wrecked. I immediately went back to the office to explain to her if she seen my car. she immediately came out with me to see the car and she was in shock. She said she had no idea that my car was wrecked. She was explained to me that my car was a hit run while in their possession. as we are going back-and-forth, what happened? Five Hispanic gentlemen came out from the company Cheney collision center. One gentleman approach Me and said that he and the other guys had detailed and clean my car. He also explained to me that when the car was given to them, my car was wrecked already from the left side. he immediately went to the front office to report that the vehicle was wrecked on the left side. I had asked Roz if she knew anything about it. Ross responded back that she had no idea that my car was wrecked and that nobody notified her about it. She herself said now this changes the whole ball game now I will let my manager know she said unfortunately it's a Friday evening. We cannot do anything until Monday morning that is actually June 24 . Monday morning came no calls from Cheney collision Tuesday afternoon I get a call from Roz, Explain to me that Cheney collision is not responsible from my car wreck. I explain to her and cannot that be. It was in your possession. she said that Alfonso Figaro is the manager there at Cheney collision that they are not responsible of my vehicle getting wrecked in there facility. He insisted for me to put a claim on my insurance so I went ahead And put an insurance claim. My insurance came back telling me that it's a total loss now I'm in a situation that the insurance is going to keep the car and sell it and an auction, I called the manager back Alfonso Figueroa and he said that they are not going to pay for my vehicle to get fixed and not to call him back. I don't understand you go take your car to get fixed for an AC unit and your car gets wrecked their possession and they don't wanna take full responsibility on it. Now I'm in a situation where I am out of a vehicle. if I can give them stars, I will not give them no stars. . Their services communication are horrible Alfonso, the manager there said to me to never call him back again. This man was never going to help me at all. He made it sound that he was going to help me and he had my back bottom line he didn't wanna help me to take responsibility of this vehicle I highly recommend to stay away from this company To to remind you all that if you take your vehicle there and they wreck it, they will not take no responsibility on it, but I called three on my side and I'm waiting for them to call me back in the mist of trying to get something going because this is not gonna stay like this read more

This is the first body shop that I have ever been to where they did such a good job, I had no complaints. I have had many experiences with collision centers and accident repairs and this was by far the best I have experienced. They went above and beyond and fixed everything with OEM parts, even the windshield! Many times I have gone to a body shop and they try to pass off their shoddy work as complete and top-tier. At Chaney's, they really made my truck look brand new. Had everything completed, had it detailed and cleaned, inside and out. It was parked out front waiting for me when I arrived. The customer service for the agent that took us in and for the reception person was amazing very helpful but that's about the only good part about this place. I was recommended here by progressive since I was in a car accident when the car was returned it was missing a lot of pieces luckily my husband noticed all the missing items so we returned the car. Then when we got the car back the a/c was not working and when I called the representative made me feel like it was my fault and then advised the machine they filled it up with was being maintenanced so I should take my car back.
