Came in to exchange a Wallflower plug that I used one time and found to be defective. It was…read moreleaking out the side and burning at the top. I was told that under their "new policy" it couldn't be exchanged because it wasn't considered gently used, and the staff member was rude about it as well. What makes this even more frustrating is that they had the exact same plug in stock, just in a different color--so it's clearly not an old or discontinued item. Thankfully, I didn't waste my money replacing it here. I'll stick with my usual location, where exchanges are handled professionally and customer service is consistently helpful. After this experience, I'm not surprised to see reviews mentioning rude behavior--unfortunately, it seems to be a pattern at this store. It's disappointing, especially since other nearby locations have no issue honoring this same policy. Go visit the stone oak or northwoods locations instead.

Some things to keep in mind before visiting this location is that it is much smaller than your usual mall size Bath & Body Works location and it can get packed! I've literally seen them with lines out the door, but the staff always does their best at get the line moving as quickly as possible. Some pro-tips before coming here is to park on the back of their store. There are plenty of available parking spots, plus also a few chargers for electric cars. That way you avoid all the traffic from the other stores at this shopping center. Also, before checking out make sure to have your rewards number ready so you can earn all your points. Don't like to shop in store? No problem! You can buy everything online and just pick-up at their counter.

Super charming shop with many items to choose from...great gift shop. They have a plethora of greeting cards, candy, travel mugs, stuffed animals, glasses, etc. to name just a few. I scored some 75% off gift bags with hearts on them and the word Love which I can use all year long. The store staff always greet you when you come in and point you to where you need to go. They also recently opened a section of cacti and succulents which is super cool. I am not really into those plants, but just walking inside that section makes me feel like I am in Arizona or somewhere else. Frankly it is just magical how much one section can change to the next. Also, the service here is always excellent. I've got some amazing recommendations and tips to take care of my plants from the people that work here. In regards to the value, I think their prices are great for a small business. The parking nearby was a short walk but nothing crazy, and once we got to the Market it was shaded very well and had such a variety of stands both inside and outside of the buildings which I loved. It was a little hot outside so it was nice to be able to rotate between both areas. There was also such a great mix of stores, restaurants, snack stands, and artisans and crafts throughout. We grabbed some aguas frescas to sip on while we explored and they were delicious and a great price for how big they were. We had a big breakfast but it would be nice to try some of the many lunch spots they had throughout the market. The stores had everything but I loved the amount of talavera pottery to choose from and stocked up as much as my suitcase would allow. Prices are super reasonable as well considering these are handmade artisan pieces. I use my tazas everyday and they are the best coffee cups I have ever had. The merchants are super friendly and helpful as well. Everyone was very welcoming and made it a great experience. I hope to be back in the future!

Esquites - $12, 5 street tacos - $18, Chicken Gorditas -$11, Agua Fresca -$10 I did enjoy looking inside the markets (don't forget there are 2 different buildings for you to do your shopping). You can find some inexpensive souvenirs mixed in with some of higher price points.

My machine is older and has many many hours of sewing on it as I have a small sewing business and I make four or five quilts a year. It's a drive for us almost 4 hours each way. But I wouldn't let anyone else touch my machine.

Needless to say, we left pretty quickly after arriving. Would like to come back to see John T. Floored and restaurant and music venue. Lots of big and small artists seem to come through
