My family does not go to Chantilly Chiropractic but we used to see Dr. Borenstein in Alexandria, VA. We miss him and his care very much! The chiropractic offce in Alexandria, VA went downhill after he left and we are not patients there anymore. We have known Dr. Jeff for 15 years at least. He has a wealth of experience in sports medicine and sports injuries which was very helpful for us while my kids were doing youth sports. This place was my go to place. Very nice helpful and friendly. I've been getting treatment from Dr. Ryan for a few years now. He has helped me a lot as I have had issues w back and neck pain. He also does neuro rehabilitation, which helped a lot as I had a TBI. I just had a concussion about a month ago, and Dr. Ryan was treating me for it, as I had to report it to my jobs and get on short term disability, I needed forms filled out from the doctor to send back to HR. Dr. Ryan made multiple mistakes and did not complete the forms. As HR did not accept them, the doctor gave me an incredibly hard time as he did not want to be bothered by the forms. He gave me attitude, was not cooperative in the least, and acted like it was the biggest deal in the world to go and fill out paperwork. Man child. Chantilly Chiropractic Center was a five star practice and I was a patient for many years. However, the office went significantly downhill once Palmercare came in. The old five star reviews do not reflect today's experience. The check-in process: the check-in system went from digital self-check in to colored slips of paper that the staff hand stamp with the appointment date like a 1970s library book. The old check in software allowed the patient to tell the doctor about pain in as many body parts as needed. The new computer system makes a patient pick from a pre-programmed set of vague options that don't tell the doctor about specific problems. Payment is due up front, they are not good at understanding or explaining the accounting, and the cash price when insurance runs out has doubled. The care: nearly the entire care team turned over -- from front desk to techs to doctors. !!Red flag!! Can't speak to the quality of care from the new doctors, but the techs are just learning their jobs and the new front desk folks frequently mess up appointments and schedules. read more

Have been out of the chiropractic world for a number of years and have been looking for a new doctor for a while. One of my coworkers mentioned some back problems he'd been having and mentioned his. Asked him for a referral and he was happy to give it to me. Went to see Dr. Munse and I was not disappointed. He asked questions about my symptoms and made some suggestions on how to treat them. Got started with my adjustments right away and asked me all the way through if I was ok with everything he was doing. I was spoiled with my previous chiropractor (who died unexpectedly) and I feel like I'll get the same level of care here as I am accustomed to. Dr. Page is an awesome chiropractor! I walked in with a bad back and neck and he rectified my issues over a short time. Since then I go in regularly to get adjusted. He always seems to know where my pain is before I tell him by examining my back. I usually leave feeling 100% better. He's the perfect chiropractor for athletes especially. This office is poorly run from the first call through the end of my visit. The price was misquoted, they could never get my name spelled right, they "lost" my xrays when I asked for a copy, the teenagers running the stim machines were unprofessional and ended up shocking me. My first time ever coming to a chiropractor, wish I went somewhere else! The only reason I came here was because its near my house. I had general back pain, the chiropractor adjusted my back. But the Chiropractor (Female Dr.) kept asking me personal questions, about my life, which is very odd. At first i was thinking she was just curious, but then she kept asking me about my marriage, and if it was arranged. Then I thought to myself- Who asks that?? A friend of mine recommend this place because my shoulder was killing me. I went to see Dr Robinson (now retired) and he took x-rays of my neck and back right off the bat to see problems. He identified a pinched nerve in my neck, small curvature in the spin (I knew I had), and my neck was straight instead of curved inward like it was supposed. So he got right to work. After about a month I started feeling amazing. One day I went to cycling class and noticed how much more comfortable it was for my shoulders and neck, and that's when I fully realized how wonderful chiropractic care was. I now see Dr. Fisher and he's helping with my shoulder issue (I'm too hunched from sitting at a desk all day). He's really helped me open up by chest, and I feel much better. I have been a patient of Chantilly Chiropractic for well over 15 years and have never had an issue. Whoever is writing bad reviews on this site in my opinion has other motives. Even trusted my son to be treated by them when his back had issues after from being dropped on bleachers at school when playing around with another student. I have a deformity in my spine that requires continuous care and adjustments as well as planter facia and I would not anyone but these guys to take care of me. Beware if this office. I called to inquiry about their office procedures, insurance and charges before making an appointment for my mom. The receptionist told me that it should only cost out of pocket about $125-$200 depending on what the doctor says. So I made an appointment for my mom to see the doctor. After wards, the receptionist told me she owed $360+ in addition to what they will be billing the insurance! I was astounded by the amount. She asked why so much and the receptionist said because of the x-rays. She was very upset but she paid and left. I went home discovered they also charged her a bogus fee called "new patient fee of $20" which they never told her at the time. Clearly this was their hidden charges that they don't inform their patients. She went back to demand her x-rays and charts so she could go some where else where they operate more on an honest policy than this office which is trying rip off their patients. The receptionist told her that the x-rays belongs to the insurance since they paid for it. They charged her over $300 for the appointment and x-rays and now they said her insurance paid for them! After some exchanges with them, the receptionist finally gave her the x-rays. She said there is a fee of $10 for my chart which includes my application and her first and only visit with the doctor. I thought that was ridiculous. They charges everything to stay in business. I strongly advise you stay away from this doctors office if you don't want to get robbed blindly. read more

I highly recommend Dr. Robinson!! I was suffering from a slipped disk and pinched nerve, causing severe pain. I was originally told I would need surgery but decided to try seeing a chiropractor. Thank God I did! I have been seeing Dr Robinson for a little over 2 months and I am happy to say, I am almost 100% healed. Through the adjustments and the vax d therapy, my disc is now back in place and I am no longer in any pain. Dr Robinson is an amazing doctor, very professional, friendly and considerate. I have even recieved phone calls after a few of my appointments from him just making sure I'm doing ok. It's very difficult to find Dr's today that are the best in their field and who genuinely care about their patients, Dr. Robinson has both of these qualities.
