On top of this he will charge you for late fees even if he has the check, The post office delivered late so according to Wayne we are late and was never sent any kind of notice, He now says since late fees were not included with the check that late fees continue to accrue on a daily basis. This is BS. Not only are they scammers they will call you and call you a liar and a thief even when you have paid on time everytime. DONT RENT THERE!!!
