    I have been a loyal BMW customer over 8yrs years, and I've always appreciated the top-tier service I received when purchasing a new vehicle. Unfortunately, my recent visit left me disappointed in how the dealership handles long-term customers. I came in to have my washer fluid topped off and requested a wash. While this is a minor request, I was shocked to encounter unnecessary drama from an employee, who not only reacted rudely but also gathered other staff to comment on the situation in a way that made me feel embarrassed and humiliated. This was completely unwarranted and unprofessional. There is a respectful way to communicate policies, and this employee's approach was not it. On the other hand, Brandon, Stanley, and Jordan went above and beyond to ensure I was treated with the courtesy and professionalism I expect as a loyal customer. Jordan immediately addressed the issue without hesitation, and all three demonstrated exemplary service, professionalism, and care. They are true assets to the dealership, and I believe they deserve recognition, raises, and consideration for management roles. It is disappointing that after years of loyalty, the customer experience seems to diminish for older vehicles. BMW prides itself on excellent service, and I hope this incident serves as a reminder that all customers new or long-standing deserve respect, efficiency, and care. With proper training and attention to professionalism, the dealership can ensure that every customer leaves satisfied, and the outstanding employees are recognized and rewarded as they should be.     Coolant leak from the water pump predating the "outside influence"

    I had a very frustrating experience with Chapman BMW on Camelback regarding a recent repair. I brought my vehicle in for an issue that I had documented before any aftermarket modifications were installed, including timestamped photos and a clear timeline. Despite this, my warranty claim was denied once "aftermarket influence" was cited, and there was little to no willingness to review the evidence I provided. The repair was completed and I paid in full, but what stood out was how quickly the decision was finalized and how difficult it was to have a meaningful conversation about the documentation I had. It felt like once a conclusion was made, there was no effort to reassess or consider additional information. I understand modifications can complicate warranty claims, but I expected a more thorough and fair evaluation, especially when I made a good-faith effort to provide proof that the issue predated those changes. I'm sharing this so others are aware: if your vehicle has any modifications, even unrelated ones, be prepared for a very rigid process and limited flexibility. I would appreciate any follow up from management regarding possible goodwill consideration after the repair. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

    As an owner of 3 BMW's currently and several others prior, I have no complaints about Chapman BMW. I have always gotten great service and great support here. Is it pricey? Depends. There are definite services/repairs where the dealer is more extensive than alternatives, but on occasion I have found them to also be comparable or even slightly cheaper. So far so good though, and the service staff here are too notch!!

    I had a great experience with this mobile mechanic. He came out to me and replaced my A/C…read morecompressor, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the job was done right. My A/C is now blowing cold again like it should, and the car is running perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing a quality job. On top of that, the convenience of him coming to me saved a lot of time and hassle. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest mobile mechanic work.

    I am giving two stars because of the only positives: they scheduled my inspection within a few days…read moreof calling and Justin, the technician that arrived, was very nice. However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.
