After another week without hearing from them, my husband fixed it himself. We were told by the woman in the office that the parts, service charge and workers' charge would be $500. We got a bill for $710. I called to see why it was more than quoted. Was told only the owner, Joe could answer that, but he never called. I called back several times and he was never in the office. Didn't pay the bill for 3 months because I was still waiting for his call, he didn't seem too concerned. He was also supossed to come give us an estiment on new furnances, he never showed up for that either. So after a month of no heat, and my husband fixing the problem, we were charged $200 more and never did get an explantion. Will NEVER use this company again!!!

I wish I could post pictures!! They said they would fix it. I owed 3k and told them I would pay them when the job was done. they stopped calling us back. just received a letter from their attorney saying we owe the balance and it hasn't been fixed. plus they were suppose to see what they could do with my front yard they destroyed with big heavy trucks.... crickets. That is who you are dealing with. so if you are family and they do right by you.. great. if they do something wrong, it's all on you!!!
