Y'all screw chapman place apartments it is seriously mismangaed. I got booted in my own parking lot because there is NO SPOTS and we got parking authorities that want to come out and patrol once in a blue moon inconsistently and Unfairly just thought y'all should know if your considering Burkely communities apartments don't 140 dollars to get these boots off when I pay to live here and pay for a parking pass that is useless if you come home past 9 just plan to park all the way down by the V.I.C. and put your safety in danger to walk to your apartment. They do not care about our safety or convience as tenants. I mean shit I had to walk past a pile of vomit at the bottom of the stairs for two whole months after informing them multiple times about it. There's trash all over the parking lot and I have been told many times that they only do certain things for curtuosey and they don't have to inform us when new tenants are moving in?!
