This led me to making some unexpected modifications to my truck in order to accommodate the plow. I was not happy about this as it delayed the process of installation. When I came to pick up the plow, Ross (one of the owners) met me and went over the plow and it's functions with me. He is an upstanding guy who is polite, professional and respectful. He rectified the situation and addressed the issues that led to some of the hurdles. Very few businesses stand behind anything and lack integrity these days.
