Such a lovely little bookshop! You will feel privileged to spend a bit of time in this tiny gem. While they didn't have the book (an old, out of print item) I was searching for, she looked hard for it in her online resources. It's filled floor to ceiling with old and new treasures and the front is about as picturesque as they come. read more

This is the absolute cutest bookstore with such a great selection of new and used books with killer prices! My boyfriend and I went twice in our week stay in Ketchum. It's very organized and offers a great variety. The owner was the sweetest and very knowledgeable. They used the upmost precaution with hand spray as you walk in (made with aloe Vera and tea tree oil) and everyone in the store was wearing masks! I can only hope to make my way back to this area in the future to return to this cute little store! read more

Chapter One has one of the best selections of books ranging from local authors to bestsellers. I always find great reads in this store! I live out-of-state (visit when I'm in town), and they always are so helpful when I order books. They are also very fast at shipping my orders out! Chapter One was the cutest little bookstore. I saw it on our walk back from brunch and just beelined over to it. It reminded me of the Tardis in an antithetical way, "It looks bigger on the outside". But it's adorable and it was packed full of various books. I especially loved the upstairs with books stacked up every which way in one area and their section of indie books. I didn't buy anything since I need to whittle down the pile I have at home but I was sorely tempted since Chapter One's offerings were pretty good. read more
