When I commute to TriNoma (and here's a tip!) I always go to the upper floor entrance to avoid the lines at the one at the level of the MRT. It's an extra effort walking up the stairs, but if you're going to be going up floors anyway, it's worth getting into the mall just smoother and easier. Plus, you get to go through Chapters & Pages!
The secondhand bookstore claims a lot of space at the end of the quiet mall hallway--usually Chapters & Pages just has small stalls--so you can have a relaxed time just going through the racks of books there. It can get pretty rousing to ruffle through them since they have so much stuff. They're mostly arranged by genre, but they do have racks that are organized by price, as well as heavily discounted books all on a table near the entrance. There are also stuffed toys, if you're into that, and gift wrapping paper and bags, which you could get for cheaper than in other stores. read more
