That is when Yummy Kitchen coil to strike. Found amongst a street of takeaways and fast food outlets, Yummy Kitchen always seems to be busy in the evening, despite there being far tastier options only 30 seconds away. As you can probably tell, I'm not a big fan of this place. The food is sub-standard and that is all that needs to be said really. For a takeaway shop, the quality of food is paramount. It doesn't matter how quick the food is served or how good the price is, if the grub doesn't meet the standards then I won't be coming back. This is exactly the case with the ironically named Yummy Kitchen.

The staff are incredibly friendly and had no problem with me being a very picky eater and asking for strange requests. They used to do a loyalty card that you could get stamped when ordering in store (not for delivery) but I'm not sure whether they still offer this. I filled up far too many cards! The peri peri sauce is amazing and comes in different strengths, ranging from lemon and herb to extra hot, I usually go for medium which I find super hot, some of my friends find the lemon and herb hot so be warned! You get free refills on soft drinks to, which you'll definitely need if you go for the hot peri peri!! This isn't a fine dinning restaurant but it is a good place to get a tasty, quick and cheap bite to eat!
