They gave us some free samples and were willing to answer any question you have. We had the Iberico jamon and duck pate with foi gras for lunch, but there was no where to sit and we had to head outside to enjoy on the steps.

we went les halles de paul bocuse while visiting lyon and stumbled upon this vendor. while…read morebrowsing, a nice employee came over to help us, and we got to talking about how we are visiting from the U.S. he showed us some of the charcuterie they offer that would be very unique to us as visitors and explained how it is traditionally prepared. we wound up choosing a lovely ham and another employee sliced it and rung us up. he was very nice as well; both employees seemed super kind and made us feel very welcome. the stall seemed clean and well organized. and of course the ham was delicious!
