They charged me $50 to replace it, but instead of using an original Samsung back, they installed what appeared to be a cheap aftermarket replacement without clearly informing me. When they handed me the phone back, we didn't have a chance to inspect it because the employee quickly asked my daughter for the phone case and immediately put it on. Later that same day, the new back cover started coming off. The repair didn't even last a few hours. The next day I returned and asked for a refund because the repair was obviously defective. Instead of trying to solve the problem, the employee was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. He laughed at me, spoke with a sarcastic attitude, and flatly refused to refund my money. What shocked me the most was when he said that any review I leave wouldn't hurt his business because he has been there for a long time. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Paying for a repair that fails the same day and then being treated with arrogance and disrespect is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value honest service, quality repairs, and basic respect for customers.
