I should have known he was a horrible lawyer…read morewhen he was contacted by a family member of mine, he decided to disclose personal information to her about a past case, how could you tell a complete stranger details about a persons record without even having confirmation of the relationship between two people? And if so, what lawyer just blabbers to someone who he KNOWS is not his client. Anyway I was so stress I went with him anyway at which point he decided to not look into my case, he urged me to take a plea for something I did not do, he harassed me for months went as far as saying I needed mental evaluation and that I should seek medical treatment, yes this "lawyer" turned into a doctor. I ended up cursing him out never heard from this scumbag again, my case ended up getting dismissed although he assured me that I did not "want to go up against the justice system." This case has been closed for over a year but I still have nightmares of not the case itself but the evil money hungry greedy lying unprofessional bastard that is Charles Miller. You're way better off with a public defender, which by the way he is, during one of my court hearings I asked another one of his clients about him and she told me he was her damn public defender. This office someone always answers the phone. The lawyer himself will actually call back with in a short time. His office is small but who wants a big glitzy office? you just want someone that is understanding and knows what the heck they are doing. After visiting other law offices I was surprised at how different they were from one clearly a big mess to one too fancy and too many people working there to one that is an out and out crook but that's for another review someday. Mr Moza is personable,understanding and actually cares about his clients.
