In addition, the return does not even appear correct as the college tax credit says $200 verses the $2000 credit she received last year. The company did NOT investigate, simply tried to state that the rates have "gone up," and offered an unacceptable $200 credit for my daughter's "troubles". Taxes need to be redone immediately by a qualified person, a full refund needs be issued, and a full investigation of this office needs to take place! This does not appear to be an an "accident" as my daughter questioned the rate immediately and I followed up with a phone call where I was hung up on. All people, especially college students, should go elsewhere or be extremely cautious and get a price quote in writing prior to processing taxes. Trying to reach a corporate representative in this company is IMPOSSIBLE and you are forever lost in phone chains, 800 numbers, and transfers. EMAILING gets no response either. If zero stars were an option, I would have chosen that.
