1. Had 3 Ring Cameras and a Ring Doorbell installed. The electrician (Daniel) did not install the Ring Camera as per my request. Therefore I had to pay an additional fee for it to be placed in another location. I had to have one of the cameras relocated and paid an additional fee. I understood that and paid it. No problem. 2. I requested that my flood lights be changed out so that when I flipped the switch the lights stayed on. The electrician installed the lights and assured me that the lights would stay on constantly. Well I did check the lights and they came on when I flipped the switch. Less than 30 days later, I was dog sitting and flipped the switch so the dogs could see in the back yard and low and behold the light came on but shortly thereafter, when off. 3. I requested to have the garage lights changed from fluorescent to light bulbs and added a light switch to the basement. No problems there. I texted Charles the owner and then the Daniel texted me to say that I did not request to have the lights stay on. I was told that, he would come out for an additional fee. I don't have problems paying for services. I have problems with dishonest workers who lack integrity. If you use them, please get your quote in writing. Double and triple check their work. read more
