Once I found out it was not completed, I made numerous phone calls in which they admitted they had not finished but promised they would. After months of asking and arguing with them, I had to pay another tree removal company $4280 to finish the project. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau and made a well documented complaint, the BBB made phone calls, sent letters and finally a registered letter. Tree Solutions NEVER RESPONDED.
