I'm writing this a 4 in the morning cause I've been up for several hours due to loud music, yelling, honking etc in a residential area. Ive put the complaints in online, they are ignored or as I've been told they have to bring out a machine in order to ticket these people which won't happen. The reason why people keep dying and acting a fool is because they know they can. The police won't do anything and don't want to do anything. I would move but I've put so much money into making this my home and I was surprised with my daughter or I'd just handle it myself. But the moment one of us gets hurt I'm suing yall. This all could have been prevented if you had done as promise and surveillance the area. Laws don't matter on this street in the summertime, shot? Don't call the police they won't come anyways. I get that noise complaints aren't shit but I've tried getting them out here when people are yelling "I'm going to shoot your ass" or beating the crap out of each other when they don't even LIVE on this street.

seeing the way that the police handled a 15 year old child with no remorse not only shows that they…read moreare not here to serve and protect us but that they're simply abusing power. NCPD has had too many incidents where a minor is treated as an adult and in most cases it's a BLACK CHILD! NCPD has shown that black people (or POC) especially children are not treated or protected the same and this leaves fear and pain in my heart. if we can't trust the people paid to protect and fight FOR us then why are they here at all?

disappointed but not surprised. You would think since there's so many cops on the road these days…read moredoing nothing but sitting in a parking lot waiting for someone to go 5 miles over the speed limit would have time to come unlock a car that takes less than two minutes... but no the lady on the phone decided to let me know that since I'm not dying, they cannot help me so you have to be on your death bed for them to care about you. I guess that's why they get places too late.... but they are so quick to pull over the guy going 5 miles over the speed limit. You are doing justice. Keep up the good work. I didn't know it was a safety hazard to unlock my vehicle LMAO i'm glad I didn't disrupt anyone's camping in the shade ..... meanwhile it was actually 100° outside and I was locked out of my car but passing out is not really on the cops radar today for to help

Help for victims of verbal assault. Officers need to be apprised of ALL prior reports of a case…read moreprior to responding to a non-emergency call. In my case there were 8 different officers involved in the month long neighbor dispute. Body cam footage shows the officer arrive at the neighbors home and twice telling the couple he was new to the case and had not had time to read prior reports - there were a significant number of reports. He took this couples' narrative as truth which cost me not only legal repercussions but financial suffering as well. A year later I am still dealing with their intentional and malicious harassment and false reporting. What needed to be done prior to this officer reporting to his supervisor that "this lady is insane" - me. Not only that, there was a minor child involved in this dispute. Heinous, false allegations by this neighbor claimed there was physical abuse, specifically that I "sat on top of their child and attempted to suffocate her". Absolute defamation that caused extreme, intentional infliction of emotional distress. Not one member of the Mount Pleasant Police Department investigated ALL evidence related to multiple false allegations made. Not one government official returned phone calls/messages or emails sent by me. Not one of SEVERAL attorneys in the Charleston area wanted to take a case involving "neighbor disputes" which left me defenseless. It's a shame!

This Summerville Police Department has an ongoing High turnover rate. Many of the SPD officers…read morecarry the same poor attitude and moral aptitude. This is my strong opinion and I'm very sure that others human beings feel the same about this corporation. This department is a bully and lacks crime victim sympathy. They have not once reached out to me on their own accord to see how I was holding up in regards to the murder 5 year daughter since 2020. I just found out the case went cold. Absolutely NO INITIAL CONTACT. This department needs a full house clean out. I watched an officer who was a detective rise quickly to 2nd in command in a 5 year span. He was my point of contact for my daughter's murder. Now that contact seems untouchable since he has risen to 2nd in command. There were two shooters in my Daughter's death, one suspect was outside between a fence line and an apartment across street from the targeted home and the other shooter was inside of the home where my daughter resides. I been voiced and asserted audibly that this Department is not organized. This Department was disorganized during my daughter's murder investigation. Officers of this department were informed there were multiple red flags with this investigation. SPD admitted that the investigation was sloppy as critical evidence was missed (but how much evidence was missed and what was missed? I dont know). They allege they have a suspect. The same person who discharged a firearm from outside of my daughter's home. Was accused of murdering someone else is same street neighborhood few years prior. The detective for that case is was also a detective in my daughter's case. And he has climbed the corporate latter of law enforcement. I speak only truth of my interactions of what I personally witnessed and or interacted with. I dont believe in being courteous when being lied to by this department. And yes they in fact do lie. I put this on the news as they quick tried to cut the tape but too late it was live. They almost didnt want me to speak. Too bad, I am a father who lost his beautiful and lively daughter who had a soul everyone could wish for in a child.

I'm here to share my stories with why I hate SPD, and now all cops in general…read more 1. The first ticket I ever got was due to Officer Bailey, writing an unfair ticket in an unfair circumstance. He had pulled someone over off Berlin G to give them a ticket (for whatever reason). I was making a right onto Berlin G, and by that time the previous person pulled over had started to drive away. Officer Bailey hadn't moved at all. Once I passed Officer Bailey, he immediately came out from the side of the rode and pulled me over. He stated because he had his emergency lights on and I didn't let him pass first, that was against the law. He abused his power to get what he wanted. 2. The second (and last) ticket I ever got was from a fender bender. I hadn't breaked hard enough from going down a hill, and tapped the person infront of me (causing no damage). There was a cop a few cars behind us, so he pulls us over to assess the situation. He asked me pretty much nothing. The man infront of me was kind and forgiving. But the cop ends up ticketing me for "texting and driving" when I literally had not pulled my phone out once, because shocker, I don't text and drive. He abused his power to get what he wanted. 3. I was sexually assaulted beginning of this year. It was a traumatic experience, to say the least. About a month or so after it had happened, after speaking with my therapist, I got enough courage and felt it was time to report it. I spoke with Detective Adam Joseph Wright about how I was nervous to report the rape, and he suggested I do so. Not long after I went in to solely have a statement written to be filed. First, I was forced to write my statement in the front waiting area. I didn't even have a private area to cry or a table to write on. Second, I was told by another local cop I would be offered a victims advocate to make the process easier. Well I wasn't. I wasn't even offered a tissue, or asked if I was okay, or if I'd like some water. Nothing. Third, while writing the statement, the female officer standing there I guess was so bored with my report that she literally started playing Mozart with her vest zipper. The other cop was laughing. Both were unprofessional at that point. It took me a lot of courage to even walk in there and write the report and I was treated like crap for it. Lastly, when I told Detective Adam Joseph Wright I had filed the report and that the officers I dealt with weren't very kind or helpful, he proceeded to VICTIM SHAME ME. Even after he told me I should report it. He told me I was ruining the rapists career. He told me I didn't think about what would happen to the rapist. He told me I would easily be proven to be a liar with a lie detector test?? I was confused, and distraught. Horrible experience. 4. Brianna Francis acted liked she cared and was a good cop when she wasn't. "She was just so mad." The only person she serves is herself. 5. Chris Parks is a heartless d*ck wad that aids psychopaths with their personal vendettas. These cops protect each other. Even if one of them is a murderer, rapist, or mentally unstable. They are manipulative. They lie. They abuse their power to get what they want.
