Simple enough reason to visit but the young lady that took care of my request made it such a pleasure. She was upbeat, engaging (as was her counterpart-a young gentleman), informed me of the process and did it very quickly. The remarkable thing is that I wasn't there for their core service but I didn't know the difference because despite I was treated as an important customer. This is very hard to find in the world of retail today. The staff was engaging with other customers who knew them (clear their loyalty in the area is off the charts-no surprise!) As I was leaving, I noticed the sign on the door that said "this store is owned by someone in your community"-for sure that means something at this UPS store. Hats off! Can I give more than 5 stars?! Highly recommended!

Well I usually have low expectations when it comes to the USPS these days (someone stole something…read morein a letter I sent to my mom in May) but Denise at the counter turned that around for me. She has a wonderful personality and offered me a pen while I was waiting in line. She handles all of the passport appointments at this location. She also can multitask when a disgruntled person walked in about not receiving a letter yet that was on their informed delivery. She had just finished up a long tedious passport application for a baby and then helped me send a flat rate envelope for ironically my passport renewal. Denise was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond not only for me but other customers she helps out. Very impressed with this busy USPS location.
