Deb from the Aberdeen distribution center was the only person who reached out to help locate the package and made sure it was getting rerouted to the right store. Had it not been for her, likely this package would've never been delivered or sent back. The actual UPS customer service number was no help and could not tell me where the package was, only that it was "out for delivery." I had been in touch with Deb nearly every day until the package was located and properly redirected to a UPS access point. She was so sweet and helped remediate a very stressful situation! The UPS customer service number is actually useless and no one on the line could tell me what was going on. Deb and her team were the only ones who took the time to make this possible and luckily the package was delivered to the right location just in time for Christmas!

location is a joke and if you complain to the supervisor about the mail carrier, nothing gets done…read more he continues to do the same thing, he is awful. #1- marked a package as delivered on 24 Dec 25. wasn't in my mailbox. it showed up on my door step 7 Jan 26! #2-came to door for a package that needed to be signed for and marked the he put on tag on the door, and never did. I only knew because i checked informed delivery. It was a mess going to the the post office to try to get it. the person at the front was making all types of excuses not to give the info to supervisor to look for. I finally got it and waited to complain to the supervisor. #3- Again the same thing happened with a package that needed signature, again he put down that he left a tag. no tag was left, I have him both time on my ring camera, clearly not leaving anything. Then, in the app it said it was rescheduled for delivery on a Sunday. I stayed home all day because that is what the app said and I have actually seen him in the development on Sundays. But that was another lie. No one came to deliver it. So now I have to take time off of work to try to get it since I get off after they close. #4- I am missing important mail, from the courts and department of Revenue that says it was scanned in and delivered.
