Dropped off a rug here in November to have a nice clean rug before Christmas guests. I called…read moreafter two weeks, no rug, apparently the only person who could clean it had broken their leg. Called EVERY OTHER WEEK starting in January, no rug, then they didn't even know where it was. Asked me to describe it....finally got a call 3 days ago that the rug was done. Picked it up today and asked for a discount for the inconvenience of waiting for 8 months and was told I could "ask his dad when he came in at 5" I mean really???? Apparently the son ( who was very much an adult) couldn't pick up the phone and ask his dad. If they don't take care of their customers then they really don't deserve any.
