I have always been the kind person who take pride in helping others and the customer service side of the business world. However this company does anything but! I had a situation that required their attention as it was in regards to one of the accounts I had in their program. However, at almost turn for the past 30 days and when this first started 10 months ago I was promised call back after call back. Yet repeatedly no one called me back till about a week ago and I could not answer but all he left was his name no number or department he was with or email address to contact him. Thus that went no where. At this point in time I am completely fed up with them as the company as a whole continues to show they do not actually care about us as clients. I was even promised a call back from this supposed client experience team I have read about in past reviews. I have done multiple jobs in a call center from front line customer service and sales to escalated customer service (Otherwise known as their Escalations Team or Upper Management). Yet again multiple agents on that team promised to call me back and still have not. If you like you credit and actually want to repair it DO NOT sign a contract with this company for they are a scam. They should be SHUT DOWN ASAP.
