Been using their maid services for over a year now, and we are recurrent monthly customers. In the beginning, it took a few tries to find the right fit who cleaned our trouble spots well. Even when we had issues, they were quick to provide service recovery. Mike is responsive and professional, and exemplifies some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. When I was a new customer, they are frequently checked up right after the cleaning to ensure you are fully satisfied. I hired Charming Casa for a "move-out" cleaning and they were exceptionally kind, professional, and prompt. I spoke with the owner, Mike, on the weekend (which he did so kindly even though he was technically off of work) and he helped me lock in my appointment for the next week. They sent a young man, Trévon, and he was great. I asked him to focus on a couple areas, such as the fridge and stovetop and they were spotless when finished! Mike and Charming Casa went above and beyond! My wife and I wanted a deep cleaning, and have very busy schedules, but the team was super great about being flexible to our schedule. Additionally, before they visited we had an in depth call to make sure they provided the services we needed. The cleaning was good. Cassandra came twice. She is good in general and shows up 10 minutes early or on time. She can use her own vacuum and mop or use ours, which we prefer. What sets her apart is she cleaned baseboard! To clean floors, she vacuums everything and then mops. There was a scheduling miscommunication over the phone the first time I booked with Mike. Which resulted in the cleaner coming on the wrong day. It's all good, Mike was very good at resolving the problem. Overall, I am very happy with how responsive Mike was on Yelp and on the phone during weekdays. They don't do phone calls on weekends. Just know that Yelp charges businesses for each message they send, so send all your questions in one message. I believe the regular schedule includes Saturdays and occasionally Sunday if prearranged. read more

$630 for 3 bedroom 1800 sf home that was slightly dirty. I've seen many a move out home having rented many homes to tenants. No cleaner with a 2 man crew has ever taken 11 hours . All I asked was to clean the dirty floor very well. Returned and my electric mop's water was black . They tried to tell me that my filters on my mop were dirty however my mop has a cleaning cycle . Upon running the cleaning cycle the water was clean. Were they there for the length of time they said? Yes Did they dog it? You decide. I told the owner that and they returned to clean the floor but my new renter had already moved in carpets and furniture so they were of no use. But A for effort F on the price. I procrastinated hiring a cleaning co for my move-out cleaning obligation for the management co and was in a bit of a bind. I used Yelp's project function and received several promising leads for a last-minute move-out cleaning. After contracting with two other companies that left me high and dry with no cleaning accomplished, I had moved out of the state and still needed to provide our management co with a cleaning receipt. Mike had been prompt and thorough in his initial response in his Yelp project response so I scheduled a cleaning using the charming casa website. What a great experience. Mike called me and was able to get me an earlier appointment, set up an option to pay less if the cleaning went faster (my husband and I had spent hours pre-cleaning after the movers finished) and noted the areas that I needed the team to focus on-- mopping, the oven, window sills. Because I was not going to be there in person to approve the finished result, Mike let me know that either a friend could meet with the cleaning team or they could FaceTime me. Sure enough, I received a ft call before the estimated finish time and saw the condition. The cleaners had focused on the areas I mentioned and everything was perfectly clean. The company is very good with communication and wants to lock down and align expectations before during and after the cleaning. They call and talk about what your priorities are in the cleaning and what focus areas you need to they are perfect for deep cleanings. Or add on services. For example, I sometimes need the windows cleaned or have had friends stay or a holiday event. Other times I need the deep spring cleaning. If you tell them ahead of time they just add the incremental time on that day. No need to get another quote or commit to over cleaning costs on a regular basis. That's pretty good to have options like that. They are on the expensive side and will push to have more people there than necessary. They charge by the person by the hour for their team. Or they have options for the size of your home. I've had other companies do an equal job of cleaning and do it for half the cost of what they initially suggest. The first suggested quote was 2-3x of every other quote. I still considered this company for a deep clean trial. I wanted to see how much cleaning they could do in the time allotted. The reason being is... I always find that with other companies, they will do their best on the initial cleaning and will start to slack over time with the recurring services. I'm not sure if this company would do the same or keep consistent. Their initial cleaning they did hit the focus areas but in the given time with the given costs they only finished 60% of what I needed done. I recommend this company if you have a big budget and don't mind paying 2-3x for the same service. It will take gouging paying way more to get your house clean although the parts they do clean will be done well. I'm not sure if they will keep up with the consistency. This is my second and final updated review of this company. After reading that I had been charged by my apartment for a "light clean", Mike reached out to me about a refund to cover the additional charges from my apartment. He even went as far as doubling that amount to make up for the fact that I cannot give their company a second chance because I have moved out of the area. I really appreciate the follow up by Mike and his dedication to their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Although I was not impressed with the initial cleaning, I do believe that if my situation had been different and their company was able to come back and address the issues after the initial clean, it would have met my expectations. Found this company through Yelp quote. Mike gave me a fair quote and gave me a first time user discount. Their website details out most of their prices. We used their services for a move-out cleaning for our rental. Carlos and Mike showed up early and called ahead of time. They did an initial walk through so we could tell them what our priorities were. We needed them to focus on the kitchen, and believe me they did. Carlos wiped down the over the counter microwave/hood back to its new finish. They wiped down all the cabinets, rails, drawers...pretty much everywhere dirt and dust would be missed my most folks. They also took care of the blinds, fireplace, bathrooms, windows sill, closet shelves, flooring. They did it all in 3.5 hours. We had a showing and potential renters commented on how clean the place was. Mike and Carlos did an amazing job. We will definitely use them again. read more

Requested a move-out cleaning, however only received a surface cleaning. No floors mopped, no bathrooms cleaned thoroughly, no dusting done, fans not cleaned. Manager contacted me and I expressed my disappointment, he did have another cleaner come free to clean what was not done initially. Unfortunately the same person arrived as before and the job still wasn't done to my satisfaction. Cost was $240. I ended up doing the remaining cleaning myself. read more

I hired them to clean my 1100 sf home. Granted, I selected the wrong "type" of cleaning from their website choices (1 person, 2-3 hours). However, when I spoke with the owner AND the cleaning person, I told them my number 1 concerns, above all else, were floors and dust (due to my elderly mom who lives in this home having asthma), since our pets and location causes a lot of dust, fur and dander in our home. I told them I didn't care if nothing else was cleaned, as long as floors, dust on furniture & ceiling fans were done. And if there was time left over, the 2 bathrooms. The person assigned supposedly wiped furniture with a dry rag, and used an upright vacuum on floors (there was a ton of dust and fur under beds, corners of rooms and under sofas--all raised, so a broom easily fits under them). Nothing under beds, night stands or couches was swept or cleaned! There were fur balls all over the floors of each room, and dust left on bedroom furniture! It didn't look or smell clean anywhere! When I pointed out the fur & dust, she simply said that "they don't move furniture". Sliding a broom under a bed & couches that are raised does not require "moving furniture". I took lots of pictures after she left and sent them to the owner (dust, fur, dirty sinks) and he offered a discount for the next time, which is the only reason for 2 stars, instead of 1. Except there won't be a next time, because she was THAT bad, and basically didn't clean anything well, that I had asked for. I do not recommend this company if you want floors cleaned thoroughly well and/or dusting. read more

They brought their own products however were spot on in how great of a job they did accommodating and using my preferred products when applicable. I am definitely going to make this a recurring service for me and was hesitant to do so because of the package pricing I used today, however, when I do not have a discount/promo to use, Mike made sure I was made aware that they also do hourly fee charging so that might be cheaper for my situation. I've used them a couple of times before. I've had great experiences twice. I used them today for 8 hours (2 people x 4 hrs= 8 hrs). They didn't even fully finish one single room in my house. 4 hours, 2 people, $360, 2700 sqft. I'm not sure what I paid them to do during this time. Two stars is generous and it's only because I had two prior great experiences that I gave them those stars - once when I bought the house and once after a remodel. But I wouldn't use them again after today. Today was a complete disappointment. They've completely gone downhill in the last 6 years since I started with them. I wouldn't even have them back in my house to fix what happened today. Pretty bad. I have a 4 bedroom house. In 3 of the bedrooms, they only emptied the trash cans...that bad. In the living room, they did NOTHING. In my office, NOTHING. In my dining room, NOTHING. For 8 hours of "work", my 2 1/2 bathrooms and my kitchen were cleaned. I have a cleaning person who comes every day for the last 8 years. She's off for surgery for two weeks, so there's not that much work. Their workers even left their own trash on my front porch (see photo). I texted the owner and provided feedback to the business via their link for feedback - zero response. I sent him my Yelp review link, and all I received was a response here on Yelp that I didn't let him know...see photo where I texted him. So bizarre that he claims I never told him there was a problem. I followed up afterwards to let him know that we were missing $3800 of medication from our refrigerator for my daughter's medical condition. I offered to handle it privately with the medication returned no problems. The owner said their was no way his workers stole it and he talked over me in the conversation. I just filed a report with CPD. read more
