I had the worst experience on my recent visit! First, it took 5 hours for them to do my manicure (3hrs) & pedicure(2hrs)! Then they serviced other people, who had come in way after me, before me. If I wasn't so desperate to get my nails and toes done, I would have walked out. At one point, a relative(?) walked in, and they fixed her nail before finishing my manicure. The same person remarked that we should come during the day when it's not as busy (um, people have to work...). They used to be very professional, courteous, and fully staffed, but this establishment has changed for the worse.

I've been getting my nails done here on a regular basis for over 3 years now and have never had a nail break, crack or even smudge, even after 4 weeks of wear. Their prices are fair and comparable to other nail salons in the area, but the quality of their work is far superior to anywhere else I've ever been to get my nails done.
