The agents we encountered in the Killeen and Temple area were, hands down, the worst we've ever dealt with--possibly the worst anywhere. We bounced from one agent to another, each plagued by constant errors with our accounts. Now, our setup is a bit complex--vehicles, home, life, savings, and banking accounts all with State Farm--but you'd think trained agents could handle it. Nope, not a chance! We were on the verge of ditching State Farm entirely when we tracked down our old agent for advice. She told us to call Nanette Mulkey in Greenville, TX--2.5 hours away from us. I sometimes come into to say hello to VPs i know there and they are all very pleasant! Unlike other big city corporate bank where I felt like I am one of many clients and wasn't any more special, this bank does a spectacular job of knowing my name and really get to know who I am. Because of their effort to get to know me and my family and thereby developing that client to banker relationship, I felt very comfortable todo my personal and business banking with them. My husband and I love todo business banking and other transaction with the top notch VP in the bank-his name is Mr. Brandon Williams and he is very well informed, educated in his area(financing, loans, etc.), and also very professional. There are, of course, other excellent bankers there, but Brandon is our guy who we entrust our business banking with. There are online mobile banking available, so if I want to deposit checks then I can just snap shot at it and make a deposit in a split second. This is pretty nifty and convenient since I am a working mom and only have so many hours in the day.
