We have been patrons at this bank for sometime and have credit cards with Chase. We have several accounts and due to keeping up balances we don't have fees. We did some restructuring and now fees, fees, fees. I have been chasing fees since, even though Joe told me I wouldn't be. Well he was wrong and when I tried to get follow up help I was directed to Jackie. Jackie took off a couple fees but here I am again being charged fees when Ive been told I wouldn't be. Then I just went through an account he and I use to transfer funds between one another and I just saw a 35$ fee. I'm not happy about it but Im not going to hassle these overworked employees as I will just amp up my efforts to get keep get him to leave this awful bank, that iconstantly needs to be watched due to distrustful or untrained/misinformed/lazy employees. It will take him time to leave but he has started talking about it with all our/my issues... I'm In the process of transferring all mine to navy federal. I've Had them for the last 9 months and not one lie. Not one fee. Not one employee saying they fixed something only for me to have to deal with another employee, on multiple months going forward. This is one establishment I look forward to leaving behind all the hidden/lied about fees. Such better banks out there without the lying/misinformed employees. I HATE changing banks as it's a large hassle ---who doesn't?.... My advice is DONT GO INTO THIS ONE...so you don't have to look at the future and changing a bank due to months and months of fees and complaints and lies and employees passing on to others.... read more

This is a horrible bank as far as Chase branches go. The tellers are rude and ignorant to their job. The branch manager is equally arrogant and freely interprets Chase company policy incorrectly. We typically go to the Bellevue branch and have had good experiences, but one trip to this branch and I am seriously considering moving my accounts (2 businesses, 3 credit cards, 2 personal accounts) to another bank. I attempted to call the 800 number for Chase to inquire after my visit and they hung up on me. I think my advice would be to try a different bank. Chase has very limited branches in NKY anyhow. read more

A corporate bank with a small-town feel. Judy always takes care of me at the counter. She remembers my name and is continually cheerful. Rarely have I encountered a line at this branch; just walk-in, transaction, and I'm on my way. The staff here also puts out goodies for their customers. Today, they had a basket of Halloween candy (good stuff, chocolate bars) and individual cups of candy corn. During the summer, they had a giant pitcher of lemonade or a cooler filled with cans of soda, all free for the taking. Periodically, they have customer appreciation days, where they enter you in a contest for coming in the door, give you free promotional items like Sharpies, and of course, more snacks and sodas. In addition to all the frills, I've always had a pleasant banking experience at Chase. No one tries to sell me anything. My money has remained secure and my statements accurate. They have a convenient drive-thru ATM as well. It's great to see a large corporation embrace their community. Keep it up, Chase! read more

This is the worst bank in America!!! The tellers are rude and they are not knowledgeable about the brand. The location in Springdale Ohio is the worst, the banker I had was careless and not very empathetic at all. Please stay away they will close your account down with all of your money ,WHITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!!! I had to beg to get my money out of my closed account to pay my rent. They closed, reopened and closed my account in a matter of 24 hours! No one knows nothing, its sad. Please go to fifth third or PNC or better yet a credit union. Chase discriminated against me and they have been harassing me with phone call and emails for the last 2 days. Ordered checks when I opened my account and never received them, was told since my account was closed they would not be able to give me a refund. The checks were $19!!! they are careless with your personal info. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more
