We went to open a business account and a certificate of deposit (CD), but no one assisted us. We waited, yet no one greeted us or asked us to hold for a moment. We went there because we live in Maywood, but the service was very rude and disappointing. None of the employees cared about us; there was even someone in an office working on a computer who didn't even notice us, and the same went for the tellers. We then went to Chase Bank; we received excellent service there and opened four business accounts. We will never return to TD Bank, nor will we recommend it to our friends and family. Never!

Since is located in the heart of town (with busy traffic), this branch has "free" 3 hour parking in the parking garage located behind the building, and free (unsecured) WiFi. The free parking is sweet since you can bank, and then visit the park across the street or restaurants nearby. Great staff who helped me with my transactions, and the inside looks very clean and nicely done up.
