After 40 years with this bank I'm done with them I recently deposited a large check written from TD Bank Chase sat on it for 10 days because they didn't like the check in the meantime TD called them told him it was a good check matter fact Chase had the funds in the account they still hung onto For another five days . In another case I tried to zeille my daughter 7500 dollars , they told me the max I can send is 5000. And the following day I could send 2500 Then I got a letter from chase that I was close to my withdrawal limit from my saving's acct for the month. WTF it my money. This bank is trash!! I reviewed my account and gathered a bunch of fraud activity that they "temporarily refunded me my money" (while I was in the local branch they assured me my money back) (then come to find out after hours of being on hold it's called a "provisional refund") then went back 15 days later to take the money back out! "Claim reversal" all because I had reported fraud past their "60 day policy" and as part that claim reversal for 166.00 to an insurance company that isn't even in my state was within "60 day policy" because of my honesty and my late reaction on catching charges I'm out 166.00 the people in consumer service are NO help and are heartless programmed robots.... supervisor even hung up on me! Wish I got her name for a more direct review! Not many people can keep their cool knowing they aren't being helped and are being thrown through the hoops! I'm not sorry! I suggest finding a different bank that'll actually notice fraud activity! Good luck with that one tho! (Are the people in the fraud department the frauds?) I'd say so.! Disgusted!!! read more
