US Bank found my online banking info. on the dark web and immediately froze all of my accounts…read more (unfortunately, they forgot to inform me) Anyway, I had to set up an appointment to close and reopen all of my accounts. I made the appointment with Bridget Mustain and she was SO helpful! I had 5 accounts and it was time consuming, but Bridget took her time to help me through the process and to answer all of my questions. She was so patient and professional - I really enjoyed having her help me. At the end of it all, she got up, came over to me and gave me a hug! Customer service like this is very difficult to come by these days - US Bank better hang on to her, she's a keeper!

The hours aren't great post covid, and the banking app is junk, but it's not chase, which is a win 100%.. and a reason i simply overlook the faults. The only real issue i have, which i assume i would have anywhere, is the fraud department are morons.. Dumb as rocks.. so using the debit card is a hassle, though i am uncertain if that's the case everywhere.. I carry cash with me just in case it gets flagged for buying a soda after purchasing gas at the same location..
