We received text reminder the day before and arrived on time for appointment. We saw the banker and walked up to say we have a scheduled appointment. The Banker immediately shunned us off and said go to the Teller. We waited in line for the Teller and she then asked us to have a seat. She walked to the Banker's desk and minutes later told us WE had cancelled our appt. We had to repeatedly explained we didn't cancel and then we verified by showing our texts. The Teller then said there must be a "glitch" in a system and there was no Banker there to provide service. Huh? Then why didn't you lead with that? Oh and who is that sitting at a Banker's desk? She did help us to reschedule but I clearly said please reschedule at a different branch. For having a one-month wait, magically we had a next day appointment at a different branch. The experience and customer service at the other branch was amazing after feeling horrible from the Jonesboro branch.

Wait, wasn't this YOUR mistake, and GREAT customer service would have been for Jenny to fill it out and deposit as I requested in the first place. When I returned, there was only one banker available, and she was clearly overwhelmed while the manager walked around without providing assistance. My appointment was delayed due to her workload, and two other customers were also waiting. Despite this, banker Brenda Carter provided excellent service and was very helpful once she was able to assist me. I truly appreciate her professionalism and effort under pressure. Wells Fargo on Camp Creek needs to do better with staffing and management support.

This is honestly the worst bank I have ever banked with. I opened an account a few years ago, but…read morehad numerous issues accessing the online portal, getting my last name updated, or even reaching someone in customer service. After months and months of not getting any assistance, I stopped trying. I still had a small amount of money in the account, but didn't really think about it. At some point last year, I learned that my account had been closed, and today, I was curious as to what happened to the remaining funds in the account. I spoke with someone in customer service, and was told that I actually OWED them $5, because they had apparently been taking a $5 fee from my account monthly. Mind you, I hadn't received any statements or anything to that affect. I asked for a transaction history of my account, and was told that I could only get that by going into a branch. I live clear across the country; there's no way I can get to a branch easily. I was then told that each statement requested would require a $5 fee. I'm sorry, what? It's 2025, and banks are charging fees for statements that you can literally send electronically? Are you kidding me? To claim to be a "community-focused" bank, yet they're nickel and diming every chance they get. It's quite embarrassing, to be frank. I hope they send me a bill for the $5 I allegedly owe, after they've been getting free money from me for years. Unbelievable. Stay away!
