Frank is very professional, precise & knowledgeable in many sectors. He always comes with many questions & suggestions for your life. He even answered our random tax return questions we had this year. This office also offers other services such as life insurance. Frank now has a local assistant at the Wauwatosa office & and Separate owen wealth management area, which is separate from the regular bank.

Once in, good luck downloading transactions. No link to tech support. Too small of a bank without the tech support for today's business banking. For years they charged us for paper statements which we like to have on hand. Only plus with the small Bank was the PPP was quickly approved.

Since Wells Fargo acquired Wachovia after a government-forced sale to avoid a failure of Wachovia. My accounts were merged just last month. so I have plenty of new places to get service from the banks. I'm getting used to changing since Bank Florida was sold to First union and first union was sold to Wachovia. I still need to go back and find out what all the new services and of course fees will be. I hope this is a change for the better.

One, it is sometimes difficult to navigate; when you are coming up northbound on Mayfair Road, you have to make a left turn at Center Street and then make another left turn into the lot. Problem is, during drive times, its hard to make that left turn into the lot, due to inconsiderate folks behind the wheel, waiting in line eastbound on Center street to get through the intersection at Mayfair Road; otherwise, I guess you can take a chance and make a U-turn and then enter from Mayfair Road. Another gripe I have at this location is that there is only one ATM and it is a driveup kiosk, outside. It is not under an overhang or canopy, so you are exposed to the weather. Nope, there is not one ATM inside this bank.

This branch of focus is very close to where we live in Washington Heights and they allow me to do almost all of the same type of banking as I would be able to at my home CU. The folks that work here are all very knowledgable and friendly. I've never had to wait in a line and the service is top notch. They have their own parking lot and there is also street parking both on 68 St. and Milwaukee Ave. My only gripe, and the reason for not giving them five stars, is their sole ATM, in the front of the building, outside, is VERY old and tired. The CRT screen is almost burnt out and very difficult to see/read when the sun is not shining on it. It is IMPOSSIBLE to see/read when the sun shines on it. I'm sure they are aware of it; time to get it replaced.

I was bothered when we pulled up, long lines for the drive-through, parking lot at capacity, and inside, long winding lines for the teller windows. But there's this odd inviting community feel walking in, it seemed like everyone in line knew someone else in line, we were the only strangers in here. Most of the customers and all of the staff look African-American, I'm inclined to think that this is a real community bank (it's located in an African-American neighborhood). I've never had a problem with customer service at any Educators Credit Union branch, but this location is much friendlier and more efficient than the others. The tellers ran through the line so quickly, people suddenly at the front of the line had to be prodded to step up to the next available teller. But this efficiency did not subtract from friendliness, I don't think I've ever met nicer bank workers anywhere. Frankly, it was a little weird.
