I've been at this bank since 1986. Of course it had gone through some changes, it used to be Bank One and another bank name prior to that. I have to say, it has really gone down hill. No more free checking, the outside ATM is rarely working, long lines with one teller window open. Went 3 times for some other banking needs, big hassle. Went to PNC in Pennsylvania and it was taken care of in 1/2 hour. The girls working there seem nice enough but the bank and it's policies have gone to the toilet. I will be pulling all of my accounts and going somewhere else. read more
