This turned out…read moreto be a huge mistake as on the 2 occasions I booked 14 hours in advance and prepaid the despatcher failed to send the cars and only did so once I phoned. She then, both times months apart, gave the same excuse about a broken down vehicle. The drivers confirmed my suspicions that they only received the call once I had called the office to complain. These were Heathrow runs, not £10 rides. The drivers were perfectly good and did their best to get me to LHR on time, the office were useless. Avoid!
