I had to write to customer service a few times unitl I was able to get a return label. Then I shipped the clothes back and according to tracking they received the shipping a couple of weeks ago but I am still waiting for my refund!

Stay away from this business. I ordered a bunch of clothes that I thought were of high quality…read morejudging from their pictures. I also ordered the recommended size as suggested on their website. The clothes don't fit at all and they are of poor quality. The skirt looks like it was sourced from SHEIN and the sweater is already shedding strings of fabric right out of the box. I requested this fashion business in France to initiate the return process. I didn't hear from them till I escalated with PayPal. The business followed up later and they mentioned that I am responsible for the shipping charges. All well and good till I reached Fedex and was informed that the shipping cost was estimated to $250+. They also educated me that fashion businesses like this one typically partners with international couriers and are then provided discounted rates to be able to ship them worldwide. It is very clear that this business does not want to honor returns to discourage the customer to return their unusable clothes due to the hefty shipping charges. Stay away from this shady business. If you want high quality clothes, consider shopping from Sezane or Staud.
