All in a day's work! Oh how beautiful my home exterior looks with a new flower bed at the front of the porch and tree rings. The 3-person crew arrived on time & worked efficiently. The before & after pictures also show with what great consideration they gave to my beautiful lawn. The woman working with the crew shared she wanted to not walk all over it but was assured by Mr Chavez the lawn would be just fine. As they were working, I tried very hard not to be concerned about the grass because there was tools and bricks and cement everywhere - oh my! In the end, the lawn was as beautiful as when they began the project. I truly appreciated that. Pricing was amazing and the final quote did not change a cent from the original (except by me as I subtracted one element from the original quote). The crew was friendly & worked diligently. They finished and left my yard beautiful! I was able to pay the invoice on PayPal and within hours of the work being completed. I appreciate the responsiveness of my request to send the invoice ASAP because I absolutely wanted to pay them ASAP. Thoroughly satisfied and highly recommend. I had another landscape company come give me an estimate and texted me to let me know he was coming out to finalize the plans, never showed up, called or texted me back!! Strange! Actually happy it happened this way, they did work at neighbors home & they are not too happy. Called Chavez, they came out had an estimate within 12 hours and started work the following week! They had 4 projects done in 3.5 days! Rosa was my contact and even when she was on other jobs she was available to me. Seamless, attention to detail, professional work, RELIABLE, friendly, timely, craftsmanship. Since moving to TX about a year ago, I have had a lot of issues with contractors from roofs, garage doors, landscaping and it's nice when you find good ones you put in your address book for future use and you don't have to go thru the hassle again. I hired Chavez Landscaping to fix a terrible sprinkler installation job from a previous landscaper. The sprinkler heads were not only above ground but there were rocks and debris everywhere. Chavez Landscaping not only cleaned up the mess but corrected the mistakes on the sprinklers and had them flush like it was supposed to. I was really impressed from their work that I asked them if they can work on my front yard. My front yard needed some major work especially with the weeds. They initially told me they would work the following week because of their busy schedule and the weather but surprised completing the project the next day. I am very impressed with their work and professionalism. I do recommend them for sprinkler improvement and installation as well as their landscaping projects. read more

We wanted a garden put in on the front of the house; replace the tree in the front yard with a crepe myrtle; extend our backyard patio; a small garden area in the back (next to the patio); three more crepe myrtles planted in the backyard, and put in a 12 X 12 concrete slab (for a shed). Chavez Landscaping did a great job. They were very professional, responsive to our concerns/wishes, and very creative, especially the pavers used to extend the back patio. I had an old sprinkler system in my home and couldnt get it to work properly. Called around and they came out within the hour. The gentleman that came out showed me how to program my system and even figured out that it was coming on too much. He adjusted the start times and now my water bill is a whole lot more pleasant. They were responsive at first. They came out measured and sent a written quote. Everything that I wanted was way out of my budget, but I definitely wanted the fence.
