That company charged me $3,000 more than I should have paid. They reassured me they would check everything and let me know if there was anything that required attention..after 3 weeks of having them come to my house and telling me everything was fine my pipes from the filteration system busted because of how dirty the filter was and left my backyard flooded...called them immediately and was told there was nobody that could go out and check it out that day. I called other companies in town and thank God they were able to stop the problem. Now when I kept calling Vasco to speak to the ownlet/manager they kept giving me the run around for 2 weeks I finally went into the office to speak to the manager and told me they did nothing wrong and would not cover any of the repairs to fix the pipes ..mind you it was $600 worth of damage that could've been prevented had they did their job correctly.. the worst customer service I've ever experienced ! please hire anybody else but them

Fast forward to today, I reached out because some guy came to service our pool (only knew because I'm home with a sick kid). The owner called me and said we'd been receiving service the whole time (news to us) and he'd like to start over. Then he made it clear he only meets clients before 3 pm through the week, and that it seemed like this wouldn't work. With all of the issues created by lack of communication on the businesses part, all we wanted was to meet face to face for a few minutes to set things up right. At that point, it was clear he didn't want our business. I'm shocked by all of this because the company gets great reviews, but they definitely aren't hurting for clients and their customer service is lackluster at best. We felt like just a number on a page from day 1. Definitely don't recommend this company. It's expensive compared to others and not worth the money based on what we experienced. We ended up having to do all kinds of service and troubleshooting in our own because the tech wasn't doing their job apparently anyways.
