He spoke to me in a very rude, lecturing tone and with zero empathy for a situation that has already cost my family months of stress. He rushed through the call and did not take the time to actually understand the details of my case. The guidance I got felt unhelpful rather than like real advocacy. He also made it clear that once he sends a single demand letter, his involvement is over and he would do nothing further for us.
