Before I contacted David Froman, my green card application, over a ten year period, was rejected…read morethree times, and my several prior appeals were also denied. David was very meticulous and thorough in preparing my case, and articulated the same very nicely, which resulted in the approval of my case. David has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the immigration law, and he is very professional in his approach. I would highly recommend Froman Law Firm for all immigration matters.

Mr. Froman was excellent, trustworthy and relentless fighting for my mother's case, he is very…read moreknowledgeable and through in his work. After 2 years of fighting to figure out how to petition my mother and not knowing what went wrong, my mother was denied her visa in an appointment at the embassy, the embassy was really ambiguous and getting the facts clear from my already stress out mother was hard, especially from far away. I had already spent almost 2 years and a lot of money. At this point I hired Mr. Froman and he represented us and gave us great advised to find out to see if we can fight off the decision, he got another interview for my mother but she was denied again, on my mother account this was very arbitrary, at this point I felt helpless and considered it done. I thought given the fact that he had represented as thoroughly until the interview, that his services were pretty much fulfilled, but to my surprise he emails me 2 or 3 months later to find out what was going on and if I had follow his advised, but when I told him of my progress not being much he came up with more ideas of what to do. He reviewed dozens of paper I got from my mother's FOIA to find any holes in the consul's reasoning and fearlessly emailed back and forward with the consul at the embassy. I wish I had hired him from the beginning, I thought my mother's process was going to be a piece of cake based on what a previous lawyer had told her so I tried to do it on my own, but it turn out that there are mountains of information, things you don't even know or for a family member who does not speak or read English would be really hard to understand but Mr. Froman would help you get to the bottom of it. Just hire him from the beginning, he is an experience lawyer and a great person, and for his expertise I believe his fees are modest and straightforward. I wish I knew then what I know now, I would have hired him on a blink of an eye. Save yourself some trouble, time and money.

Although Mr. Levy was unable to handle my case due to a rare situation, he was excellent to deal with. He met with my wife and I twice. Neither time did we feel rushed, talked down to, etc. We asked several questions and he never made us feel like we were asking too many questions or like they were not valid. Mr. Levy's staff is so accommodating and make you feel right at home from the first call to the last appointment. Although Mr. Levy couldn't handle my case, he was gracious enough to recommend another lawyer and connected us later that day. He went out of his way to make me feel like his problems were my problems, and he had a genuine interest in helping me. Although I hope I never need him again (sorry Mr. Levy), I know if I do I will be in good hands. I would also recommend my friends and family to use Mr. Levy if they are ever in need of a personal injury attorney. Thank you, Guy!

Ditto to Kyle M.'s review. I'm not wasting much more of my life on this man, as he is repulsive,…read morerude, lies and acts like you are a criminal (as his client) and he is the prosecutor, against you. He also hands out the worst chocolate I have ever eaten to impress you, it tastes like a Twix bar, saying it's the best chocolate in the world. If he knew, what good chocolate is he would surely know, it is 85% cacao dark chocolate with very little sugar. I think I am still in shock what I went through for over 1-1/2 yrs and the emotional crap he did put my caregiver and I through, she drove me 30 miles to his office for several meetings, the last one saying I didn't have scheduled (they called me and scheduled) and when she walked in with me for the 3rd time seeing her , he asked who the hell she was and followed with get the "F" out of my office. The situation I still can't believe at the end of the ongoing nightmare, was when we were in mediation with a very prominent "classy" mellow retired judge, and the judge was talking about how he loves to BBQ, and this man interrupts to tell him/us how he goes to Costco for his meat like it was the best in the world (like his chocolate) and if he sees a steak in a 3-pack he likes but only wants one of them, then finds a one in another 3-pack, he goes to the meat counter and tells them he wants this one and that one and so on. He acted as though he was a king and that was a story that we should have been impressed with, when the judge and I sat there cringing and embarrassed for him. The judge turned his head and rolled his eyes, like you've got to be kidding me. The most unprofessional person I have worked with in my 70 years and in business for 50. I felt highly misrepresented for my case who he initially said was a great case with a HIGH policy limit only to turn. He has a team of "HIS" doctors you have to see and were all highly incompetent (except 1). The bills were beyond outrageous for what they did/didn't do. I have injuries (TBI, Severe neck issues) that will never heal and wish I had had listened to my gut after the 1st few months when I saw his personality change, from this is a piece of cake to, this is a very difficult case you know, now using my age against me. Agism, I look much younger (that would be held against me) and WAS in great shape and very sound mind, prior being rear ended while at a stop light. He ended up with more money than I and I did a lot of the work because his staff was equally as incompetent. I am sure there is some misrepresentation and probably illegal acts, but I am done with the insanity of this we call out legal system. I just signed a bill last week to stop attorneys from price gouging their clients. Much more I could say but that would be in a book, pretty sad when your own attorney bully's and brow beat you as was I! I just had to have surgery and still kicking myself for settling! I have spoken to the bar as well as 2 other attorneys, live and learn, I physically and emotionally can't proceed with more legal mumbo jumbo, God always prevails! Please save yourself from abuse and loss, go elsewhere! Blessings to all who have been wrongly injured and/or misrepresented.
