They take a considerable amount of time on every framing job. They consistently are late in finishing any job. No phone call, you drive there and the framing may not be finished. I don't like having them put their sticker on all work performed. The sticker has to be removed..... The owner has an attitude, it's as though he is doing you a favor by framing your artwork.
