I arrived at the appointment at said date and time and was told "there's no doctor here" and "that wasn't us, we don't have a doctor here" and that I probabaly scheduled it with the wrong doctor. I explained that I made the appointment in office, this office, and she basically told me I was incorrect- although I have an appointment card confirming this appointment. She did not apologize. She was rude. And I would never come here if given the choice. Not to mention that the area of town this establishment is in, is not the best and the building upkeep is also not good. Awful service. They didn't allow my children to be seen, despite my telling them they were having breathing problems. They told me to take them to an urgent care. Maybe we would be better off. Talked to Dr. Doggett about it, and he told me they have had a lot of turnover and these people don't know what they're doing yet. He said they "will be good." Not much one on one time given. The day of the surgery I never saw the doctor. The hospital staff prepared me for surgery. I already had all the stuff on my head and eyes and had been slightly sedated so I never knew when the Dr came in. I never saw him after surgery either.
