The only comment I would make is that they left the wood at the front of the house for their removal colleague to pick up the day after (so do bear that in mind), but he left a few larger pieces with no explanation. I didn't even wait a single day to call them and booked a lawn mowing session right away. The gardener showed the next day, he even got there 10 minutes earlier and considering it was around eight in the morning I guess he was just as excited as me. He got right to mowing and when I went out and offered him a glass of water as it was really hot that day we started talking. It tuned out that he is a pretty nice guy. Later the same day I realised that he had left without leaving any document of a kind behind so I had to call them back and request a receipt. It took them a couple of days to bring it but I got the receipt at the end. All in all I can say I am pretty satisfied even though there was the problem with the receipt. I think I will check their landscape gardener out, my friend has been bragging about him so he must be good.

Underwhelmed doesn't begin to cover it Just to mention some things that give context: we have a 10mt side return which is not considered, that grey void space is a 3x5mt area that connects our kitchen with the outside, they quoted stairs but those are nowhere to be seen here, we never asked for a fire pit, we asked for a shed which doesn't appear... I could go on So much time and energy had already been wasted on getting this so we showed it to friends and at least had a good laugh about it . My favourite comment for the design was: "looks like something that should be accompanied by ' Michael, age 5' and put on the fridge.
