    we booked two jobs one after the other…read more job 1) handyman to gut a small bedroom and repair holes in wall from where fitted furniture was placed. first call was to go through the request and make the booking. I carefully explain the job and the representative said that one handyman could do the job he stated the worker would attend assess and then advise me how long the job will take but they would need to bill me for the first hour. I explained that they could not remain longer than 4 pm and that I would like them to arrive at midday I was told that was not a problem, so did the booking the next day I got a phone call from a female confirming the booking having taken payment the day before and then stated they would arrive at four. I stopped there and said no they're supposed to arrive at midday. Assess the job and remain up until 4 pm to do as much of a job as they could. By the day at the booking I had had six phone calls, two on the day. The first of which stated that the handyman would need an assistant not a problem it's a big job so we agreed to this. They then stated they were concerned that they handyman would not have room to do the work again. We reassured them. This was not an issue as we would be dismantling one item freeing up half the bedroom. At this point I should add all the way through. We asked them to provide vehicle details so that we could pay for parking for the attending worker which became two. The handy arrives and low and behold he's only there for an hour his colleague is arriving separately and does so 10 minutes later by this time it's 1 pm while waiting for his colleague the first handyman starts work. At around 130 and this is being generous we called upstairs to see that the whole hallway has been blocked by the debris but they have finished dismantling the furniture and removing the carpet. At this point they leave advising us the waste removal team coming the next day will remove everything from the hallway. Not the best idea given it blocked one of the bedrooms and the bathroom and it wasn't even the bedroom that has been gutted so of three bedrooms two are now out of use we decide for simplicity That we would remove This rubbish from the hallway so that we could regain access. Job 2) we get a message at 6 am advising us that the tradesperson would be with us in two hours. We booked a timeslot for waste removal between 8 am and 1130 with an added note asking that they attend as early as possible so all seemed well alas that ended up not being the case. We get to 9 am and with nobody in attendance go to the online chat facility and make an enquiry Explaining about the message and are advised to wait further 30 minutes we decide to wait 60 just in case of traffic and at 10 am we still no arrival recontact the online chat we are told to wait until the end of the booking time 1130. At 11:38 we go back to the support to advise and they have not attended and they state they will raise a job to get someone to contact us. We should add at no point. Has anyone taken the time to say hi we're just contact the trades person and see what's going on or to say sorry trace person is been delayed, are you still happy to continue? We ask that whoever is going to contact us does so within 30 minutes especially as they already asked us not to rate the services, including this one, which by 10 am was now in the history as I past booking rather than a current one. No call is received so back to the online chat we go we tell them we want to refund as it's their error that someone has not attended. Naomi says she will process that and that someone will call us on the online chat. we tell them that if someone has actually just taken the time to tell us what was going on things would be fine But here's where it gets interesting at 12:45 approximately an hour and a bit after the end of our time slot we get a text message stating the tradesperson was on way and would be with us by 130 so back to online chat we go because by this time we book someone else to do the job we tell Naomi about the text querying why anyone would be on way to us outside our booking slot you would think to keep customer relations good that somebody would've picked up the phone Which they weren't shy about doing for the first job given they gave us six calls and just said hi sorry we found someone is it okay if I still come? Get us this out of the blue text. Naomi says she will contact the tradesperson and advice on the job is cancelled. But given our trust levels at this time in fantastic services, we send a reply to advise and the tradesperson what has happened. We advised Naomi that we've appropriately reviewed and rated the jobs and would also be doing online reviews just so others are aware just how bad the services are

    Do not hire this company. I suspect they are a scamming site. They took payment for an urgent job…read moreover the phone and then failed to send anyone to do the work or answer any calls. I am trying to get my money back
