So much for supporting shops in the real world rather than conducting all your business online. The design templates available on the website weren't suitable and I was reluctant to pay upfront without speaking to a real person first ... oh well, this real person was a rather grumpy printer at Printroom Soho who informed me in no uncertain terms that they were a printing shop not a design studio.
