I wish the other vendors, customers and owners I work with had the same record! Last week, I found out at about 4:40 pm that I needed something done before the end of the day. I made the call, Ms. White handled the request immediately with a friendly, helpful and professional attitude. This morning I needed some information for our CPA, as always I had the reports in hand via fax in less than 5 minutes. To gather the information myself would've taken a couple of hours! Be careful dealing with these people. You will get exactly what you ask for. So no reminder…read morecall.. Said I requested no reminder calls when actually I requested no sales or reminder calls the day of the payment. What happens. No call at all. Lied said I talked to them. Still had an old number on the account. No way I had talked to them and said I would be in when you have said I requested no reminder calls. Now I have to pay an extra $29 late fee. It will be worth it to submit another rating for this company. The former manager was promoted (rightfully so). I miss her.
