First, the person answering the phone denied any reservation.  When I gave him the confirmed reservation number.  He said I entered it wrong (it wasn't). When I told him, that it wasn't wrong, he canceled the reservation and banned me.   Lol- banned from an incompetent taxicab service. The Lyft arrived 10 minutes later at exactly half the price. Do not use this service to or from the airport. Totally unreliable.

Forget using Lyft in the suburbs of Little Rock…read more I needed a ride to the Greyhound Bus station in North Little Rock. Made all the travel arrangements. Not able to reserve a Lyft in advance. The big travel day arrives but there were no Lyft drivers in the Cabot area. For TWO HOURS I kept pushing the button to "hail" a Lyft, to no avail. Missed my Greyhound bus. Lost that ticket. Had to arrange another bus for the next day. Do not rely on Lyft around here. Instead, reserve a cab in advance from Ken's taxi service which is reliable and friendly.

I have had my dog several times in their taxis. They always say he can ride. Today...98° in the house. I call and they say can't take the dog. We are all getting heat exhaustion and they say the dog can't ride. Because Ed had to vacuum the hair....i told him I would do it. He laughed and said it's ok.
