Chedders is becoming a weekly staple for our family Sunday lunch. I wasn't impressed when we first started coming here but I've come to love many items in their menu. Their salads are great as they offer more than just lettuce (like other places sometimes do ), it includes cheese, carrots, tomatoes, They include a delicious croissant with them that really top it off! I've recently tried the Monte Cristo, and oh my goodness... It's to die for! Our go to appetizer is always the chips and queso.. I prefer it over Mexican restaurants. A great bonus is that no matter how packed they are, you always get seated quickly and never have to wait long for your food. Enjoy! read more

I took my daughter's Nana here yesterday for her 70th birthday. I had never gone to Cheddar's. I had heard nice things about the place so I was looking forward to a great meal/time. How wrong!!! I ordered a glass of merlot from bar and then was immediately seated at a table after paying. The glass was dirty. Our server must have been hour 3 into his 1st day on the job. Though he was nice, he was also incompetent and slow. When I showed him the dirty wine glass he just stood there like, "ugh. There's nothing I can do". He actually said that. I then asked him to get the mgr. I showed him (mgr) the wine glass which was still full because I would not put my lips on a dirty glass, to which he asked if I would like another. No thank you. He then came back to the table with a $10 coupon for Cheddar's to apply to the bill. Fast fwd..slow service mediocre food inept wait staff...trying to be cool because it's Nana's birthday and I drove 2 hours to spend this day with her. When the bill came, I paid with my card. I even tipped the server because again, it was obvious he was new and I wanted to encourage him that in time he will get better (fingers crossed lol). When gathering my car keys I realized the coupon was still on the table. I brought this to my servers attention and advised I wanted a refund of my 8 dollars as there is not a Cheddar's near me and Nana had already stated she never wanted to go back. To which his reply was the same, "ugh. There's nothing I can do." Me: I'd like to speak to the mgr. A different mgr comes over this time and after hearing a recap of the events, me stating I would like a refund for the drink amount I paid earlier, I won't be in need of this coupon. He replies, "Well why did you leave the bar to sit down if the glass was dirty?" To which I replied, "Isn't the real question why you would serve someone a drink in a dirty glass?" This guy tells me he cannot give me my money back. I can call blah blah blah tomorrow ect and request a cash refund from the corporate office. WHAT!!!!! I'm a woman and he's a male...could this be chauvinism? I'm black and he's white...could this be racism? I'm highly intelligent and he clearly lacks intelligence....could this just be plain stupidity? Being a black educated woman you can imagine how this ended, I left with my CASH refund in hand. I paid in CASH and would settle for nothing less. Will I ever go back to Cheddar's....NOT ON YOUR LIFE. read more

The sold all the chedders in Georgia and I can tell the one in Warner robins has been effected. The Buffalo Warps are not as big as they were. A full rack of ribs is about 1/3 smaller. Broccoli cheese is totality different! guess I'll have to find someplace else to eat. I'll also stop telling people how good it is and start telling them how bad it has gotten!! read more

We were seated promptly and sat and sat and sat for over 20 minutes without ever seeing our waitress. Terrible Service. I contacted the corporate office but have received no reply. I had a bad experience the last time I came but this time it was the best experience I have ever had. The food was alot better then ever before the New Manager has it on point. Our waiter was Jake he was outstanding. On point with the food timing and very polite well mannered. He asked multiple time if we needed anything always checked on us. The meat tender and flavourful yet not overpowering.  The sides were also very well done its hard  to  believe this is Middle Ga and now we find it! Go figure We would definitely go back here. There was nothing to complain about. read more

The atmosphere here is very nice. The staff is polite. We met friends from High School here. We sat and talked for 2 hrs after we were done eating and they continue to check on us without making us feel rushed. They did make a mistake on my kids order but they were quick to fix it and super nice about it. read more

This was our first visit to Cheddar's in over 10 years. We met a friend there so there were three of us. First the waiter was trying to take our order within seconds of sitting down and we had not even picked up the menu yet. My husbands salad was brought out then the cold onion rings and I finally had to remind the waiter to bring my salad. The plates he brought for us to use with our onion rings already had someone else's food stuck to them so we asked for clean plates which he brought straight out of the dishwasher and I dried the dripping water off of them with a napkin. Our meal was delivered minutes after my salad which by then the tiny little table was too full to hold another plate. The person who brought our food politely begin to remove items from the table and placed them into the empty seat which is where we wound up putting our salad plates and small dishes for the cold onion rings. The waiter brought out beverage refills with a whole new glass but did not remove the old glass from the over crowded table nor did he remove any dirty dishes from the chair. Now I am not a world traveler but I have dined out probably more than I should in my life and I have absolutely never needed the empty seat at the table to store dirty dishes nor have I ever experienced a waiter or waitress think that was ok to do. The last straw for us was when I poured the plate of uneaten onion rings into a to-go container and small bug came crawling out of the onion rings. We asked for the manager to let him know our experience after we paid for our food. Even though he never offered a free meal, I told him up front we are not looking for our meal to be covered. He needed to be aware of the circumstances. He actually said he was new and inherited problems, had just gotten the place sprayed for bugs and would eventually figure out how to fix things around there. Wow! These are all the reasons we will not be back. The food was ok but it wasn't good enough for us to be willing to deal with terrible service and bugs in our food. read more

The customer service was horrible. FOUR TIMES we were given someone's else food. After realizing that the food we were breathing on was someones else, they then proceeded to hand the SAME food to another person who had been waiting for the food longer than we had. We were not the only ones who had this happen to us. Some of the staff had attitudes and ignored us. read more

We are not fans of chain restaurants but driving through we tried this place. There was a smoking area right outside front entrance. Food was sub-par (cheese fries and smokehouse burger). The "kids" mac and cheese comes with breadcrumbs and a browned top - our toddlers wouldn't touch it. The only saving grace from this entire experience was our waitress who was attentive and quick - although not very friendly. Oh, and when I went to the restroom - two of the employees were just hanging out on their phones. Will not go back to a Cheddars again. read more

I will say that my visit today was the best I've ever had! Our server, Frankie, was so attentive. He had refills for us without us having to ask. And he constantly was checking on us making sure we were doing good. I read a review that the portions were small,and I have to say that's not correct. The portions were so filling. We had to take four to-go boxes because there was just so much! All of those who had steaks had their steaks cooked how they wanted! Today we all left very pleased and full! Well, we got around to trying Cheddar's in Warner Robins one more time this past Saturday. Alas, it was even worse than last time. Let's see, just to mention some of the things that were wrong this time around...I ordered my steak well done and it came back medium well (if that); we ordered the rolls with plain butter rather than the honey butter (my wife can't eat stuff loaded with sugar) but they brought us the honey-buttered ones anyway; my wife got the vegetable combo with several different sides...not a single one of them was seasoned at all (same thing with my fries). The manager came out and apologized for my steak being cooked wrong, but when they brought the thing back out after more cooking, as one would expect with something that is now essentially a reheated leftover, it was just like trying to eat a piece of rubber. And, on top of that, my margarita had no discernible alcohol content. And no lime..."we don't have any sliced yet, but I'll bring you a slice for your drink just as soon as we do" said the waitress. She never brought it (surprise, surprise). On the positive side, the onion rings we ordered as an appetizer were good (they do seem to know how to make those), and our salads were okay, but ~$45 is a bit much for onion rings and salad. I'm only giving it a five so it will be seen. My boyfriend and I came to cheddars on June 9 2017 at 5:15pm. Keep in mind I am in the restaurant industry. After a rude hostess throwing our menu down and walking away. We sat down and started looking at the menu. We pick out what we want and went on to our conversation. At 5:20pm we realized we haven't had our drink order taken. So now we are more observant, keeping up with times and watching everyone. A couple walked in shortly after we realized we haven't been helped by anyone. They walked in at approximately 10 minutes after we had. They instantly got drinks and they were two tables away from us. Multiple waiters and waitresses walked passed us. Using the computer behind us. At 5:25 one young lady came and asked if anyone has helped up, we simply said "no" and she asked for our drinks. I asked for a sweet tea and my boyfriend asked for unsweet. Nothing from the bar nothing to hard. Never received them. Shortly later another lady walked up, rude, I told her that we have been waiting now 30 minutes just for drinks, she asked we simply said "sweet and unsweet" she walked off, still nothing. Again, my boyfriend and I are waiting trying to get someones attention. Finally our waitress comes to the table, Ashley. Who wasn't scheduled to come into work until 5:30 but we were still sat in her section. This review isn't about Ashley, she has really turned our mood around. This review is about the two hostess that think it is okay to sit someone in a section when the waitress doesn't come in for about 2 minutes. This review is for the workers who walked passed us MULTIPLE times and didn't ask "have you been helped" we were highly disappointed in the staff. read more

I love their soups, desserts and monte cristo! It's not too crowded. It's a regular stop for me and my friends.

This place is absolutely delicious. Their nachos are DIVINE! OMG. I've been here so many times. The service can vary depending on when you go, but I have never been disappointed with the food. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. Oh, and save room for dessert! The apple pie a la mode is just....well, there's no words. It's litererally HALF (yes half, not lying) a slice of homemade apple pie drenched in vanilla ice cream and drizzled in caramel. So so good. I also recommend the honey butter croissants and the potato soup. Okay, I think every meal I've had here has been excellent! :) read more

I travel a lot and rely on Yelp to guide me towards restaurants that both serve really good food and have excellent customer service. For Cheddar's, I cannot comment on the food because the customer service was so poor. After being told to "go to the bar" to order take-out, then sitting at the bar for 10+ min while the bartender rearranged condiments, I was asked what my order was. I had no menu nor had I been asked for a drink order. I asked for the menu to place a to-go order and was told to "sit at that table over there" to place an order. The 4-person "table over there" had two women sitting at it and was piled with bags of food. No place for me. A passing waitperson acknowledged she didn't know anything because she was new. At least she looked at me when she spoke. Cheddar's, the two previous waitperson's were rude, dismissive and definitely uninviting. The third clearly needed better training. When will restaurant management realize that customers, especially repeat customers, pay the bills and keep restaurants open? Cheddar's doesn't have to worry about this customer returning. read more

Notwithstanding the cockroach in the dining room, it gets worse with their service. They mixed up the items on our two orders, one of which was just plain french fries for my daughter who has severe food allergies. I asked them to bring me the item I had ordered and another order of fries for my daughter. They grudgingly brought me my missing item. When I asked again about the fries the server brought me an empty plate for me to move the fries from my plate. At this point I asked for my check and the waitress said she would get the manager as it was unfair for me to pay for the food we had not eaten. The manager never showed. Instead the waitress was asked to charge me for the beer of which I did have a few sips. I paid and left. Obviously the rudeness of the server made sense as the manager simply did not care. Ate here tonight and was happy it wasn't as busy as it can be. Figured what could go wrong! The first part of the drinks/food came out fine. Then it all went south. My dinner the sweet heat chicken and shrimp came out cold. Rice came with it but there was less than 1/4 cup. So the waitress finally comes and I said I'm not happy with my food. There is a tiny bit of rice and it's cold. And my salad had no dressing. She said well the rice is only a garnish but ok I'll get u another one. 10-15 minutes go bye. Manager comes over and asks me what I needed and i explained again that my food was cold and I still needed salad dressing. 20 minutes go bye. Waitress comes back and asks if I still wanted the plate i thought she was getting over 30 minutes before. Seriously cheddars get it together. This is the third time in a row I or someone in my party had issues with food coming out on time and hot. And service staff that really seem inadequately trained. I like the place and will keep coming back but just once I'd like to not have an issue. read more

The only thing good about this Cheddars is its cheap. The food is okay but other than nothing to go out of your way for. You hardly ever see your server except to take order and bring check. Other than that you can get better food other places in Warner Robins. read more

Went in a while back server took FOREVER, food was bland and just unfulfilling, the croissants were doughy and greasy. I don't know how you get chicken fried steak wrong but, they pulled it off i took one bite and couldn't eat anymore and by the time my waitress reappeared i just didn't even wanna deal with it. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The service was horrendous. From the 5 minutes that it took just for someone to acknowledge us when we walked in - although at least 5 employees walked by and just looked at us. We were finally taken to our table. We ordered an appetizer and our entrees - the appetizer came out and was ok - it could have been a bit hotter but not bad enough to complain. Finished the appetizer and then waited and waited and waited. The waitress kept coming by and saying I'm going to go check on your food. Well about the time that the server finally brought the food out - a roach crawled up the leg of one of the people in our group! Yes - a roach!! The server, our waitress and another waiter in the area just looked dumbfounded. We immediately got up and just walked out. They never said a word - never tried to get a manager - nothing. read more
