I should have walked out on him but I didn't That is on me I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my entire life as I was by him My entire appointment he yelled at me because if I wouldn't have canceled that appointment he would have never been robbed so it was my fault that he was robbed! I have never had somebody throw things at me! I would think twice about making an appointment with somebody that gets angry to the point of throwing things at their customers and berating them for canceling an appointment. But if you like that kind of treatment Go ahead and book an appointment!

I received the most amazing spa pedicure and returned for two additional herbal spa pedicures…read moresince, but during my latest visit, prior to my vacation, I requested a dip manicure and cut down on Friday, December 26th and by Monday, December 30th I began dealing with the following situuation of gel nails breaking at all of the corners, and losing 5 of my own nails, and 2 additional nails (broken) and a very bad hang nail which was not attended to, during my nail service, which was very painful. I returned to the salon on 1/5/26 to present my nails, prior to booking with a different nail salon to have my nails fixed, and I was told that there was no manager/supervisor on duty and that I should have returned after the first nail broke. I re-explained that I was in California from Monday-Sunday and could not return to have my nails fixed, and that I have never had this type of experience.The individual I spoke with did not convey any type of interest in addressing my issue and simply continued working on the client's nails, which she was currently working on. The nail tech was not at all interested in what I was showing her or explaining to her. I've never seen anything like it, in my entire life. I understand that having nail services done in the MKE area is extremely difficult, vs. the east coast, so I simply left her with "Your establishment needs to do better." Sadly I will not be back as we all try to find a spot where someone can take care of us and make us more beautiful, and locally support our businesses, but this is not the case. I've moved on and "nails crossed" they will prove to be worthy of my business and loyalty. Good luck out there!!!!
