We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Here's what happened. My friend booked this…read morehotel a couple of days before pur Holy Week trip to Legazpi City. Someone from the hotel confirmed our reservation through text after and we said yes. On our day of our travel, we got stuck into horrible traffic and arrived at the hotel after 9pm. There was no one in the receiving area so we had to ring the bill thrive! We gave the person in the reception our names and was told "madam" has already cancelled our reservation and gave our room to someone else without informing us prior! Imagine braving almost 24 hours of traveling only to be told this! This "madam" never bothered telling us about the cancellation! We called her and she became angry at us and called us stupid customers for not telling them about the delay in our check in time! It was all messed up and she refused to listen to a word we're saying and even hung up on us. She then sent us the text message below. How rude! Would we bother reserving again? Nope! Thanks for showing us how you "value" clients, Madam!

They have a good variety of items in their menu, but not much if you stay longer than a week. Theres really not a lot of restaurants in Daet and most of them are over priced. I mean I ate better food in other countries and Daet won the best high priced food and none of them are very good. Not bad, but not great. I have tried their chicken tinola (not a game hen), it was good. I liked it. Their vegetables are fresh and tasty. Personally, I think they have more employees than customers that when you're talking you have to almost whisper because they're right there standing close to you. I felt like I was having dinner with King Louis XIV that have to be guarded while eating. Overall, I enjoyed my food. I suggest you try it for yourself at least ones.
