The trailer trash fries involve pulled pork and are really delicious - that's about as good as pulled pork as I've had in Manchester, I think better than Red's or Cocka Doodle Moo down the road in Hazel Grove. My burger involved some good quality bacon, a fried patty of mac and cheese. I would have liked some ketchup but couldn't see it around and feared insulting the staff by adding to their masterpiece! The burger meat isn't quite as good as Filthy Cow, but good nonetheless. Some of the other creations get pretty wild Almost Famous-style, including a donut burger (or is that Solita?). I really liked the set up of the restaurant which had red booths, country music playing and drinks served in plastic red cups. As is obvious from the review it takes a lot of the best of the other burger restaurants in Greater Manchester and puts them together in a winning combo. I sprinkle on a little salt & pepper, flipped it over twice until it had a nice sear & was ready to go. The flavor of the meat was great, it was a perfect medium rare. The experience was worth it. Some crowd pleasures feature, candied bacon, pepper jack cheese, BBQ onions, but there are also some weird and wonderful additions such as crunchy pretzels, frazzles (yes the crisps!) and even beerios, which are some sort of beer infused cheerios, they only appear on their breakfast burger. I had the river phoenix, a double cheese burger with bacon, BBQ onions, chipotle sauce, baconaise and the aforementioned frazzles. The fries were excellent, a mixture of regular and sweet potato fries. They were cut to just the right thickness and had a nice crunch while still being fluffy on the inside. There wasn't quite as much chilli as I'd have liked but other than that the fries were perfect. However I was disappointed in the suicide wings. I'm a big hot sauce fan and they were pretty mild. I would have liked for them to have been a lot hotter. I was expecting ghost pepper heat and only got Jalapeño. It's not full waiter service as you do have to order and pay at the bar. But the staff were pleasant and the queues were short so I didn't mind. Our four burgers (3 doubles and a triple), two portions of fries and a portion of wings came to a very reasonable £40.

I went for their original peri peri sauce for my tenders and peri salt for the fries, also opting for a regular side of onion rings for the hell of it. My wait time wasn't that long, probably five or seven minutes, I wasn't paying much attention. I bring my food straight home and unpack to get a good look. A rather good potion of fries along with the tenders: four good sized strips of chicken in a crispy coating, other two were tiny. Not that I minded because it was still a big amount of meat for me. Everything tasted amazing. The only thing I wasn't enjoying too well was the onion rings. They were cheap ones, but to be honest, it's been a while since I was last impressed by onion rings so i'll let that slide. The bill, was a tiny bit on the pricey side. But compared to KFC, it does seem to be more value for money. Either way, I thoroughly enjoyed what I got and will most likely visit this place again.

Or if they do not know they will send you a manager who knows. There must have been a huge problem with allergies and it is a great way to avoid it. It is, in the beginning, a bit annoying until you realize it is actually a good thing (I wonder if Mcdonald's to the same - I'll might have to try that). So I ordered the chicken burger with a breaded fried chicken breast some black pepper mayo sauce some salad, Onions, and a slap of avocado. WOW - the nicely tasting breaded chicken was fried to perfection and it was a really big piece without drying out. Good job! the "burner" was definitely the combination of chicken and that avocado spread mixed in With the black Peppercorn mayonnaise - an almost perfect bite. The bun was not too big to get in the way of tasting what's important all other ingredients have been fresh and am tasty the fries also fried to a crisp state without being burned. Then it dawned on me that chuck steak is a cut of beef and all was understood ;) Alongside the choice of five hearty burgers (one of which is veggie) (£7 - £9) there are four varieties of hot dogs (£6 - £8) and three different sides of fries (£2.75 - £4.00). Canned beers from Magic Rock and bottled cider from Kopparberg, milkshakes or soft drinks are available too. These guys are also behind Dirty Dogs - the purveyors of gourmet hot dogs at events across the north west and beyond - so you can be sure that they know how to serve very decent food indeed. If you happen to be in this neck of the woods, do give them a try.

No reservations (at the time of writing) can be a pain but there are good drinking places nearby so it's not too bad to have to wait!
