I went to another salon they greeted me, gave a drink, and was appreciative of my business!! don't go here unless you have all the time in the world, don't care about your time, or need appointments canceled! I've always hated hair cuts. And thus, I've rocked long hair for most of my life. Unfortunately though, going for over a year using the cheapest shampoo I could find and not really taking care of my hair results in damage, and split ends, and generally unhappy hair. Luckily, I found Kiri! She was absolutely wonderful! I'll admit I didn't understand half of the things she was telling me and I would just mumble along with "Uh-huh... sounds good... let's do that!" LOL (yeah, I'm a guy, so sue me - I barely know what shampoo is, much less what other products to use). Kiri did a treatment to help with the damage that I had done to my hair from the harsh shampoo I had been using, along with a treatment for my beard before she began the cut to remove all the split ends. I was super happy with the results! And with Kiri's help, hopefully I can get my hair to grow longer now that it is on its way to being healthier. Kiri was super friendly, professional, and helpful! I'll definitely be back the next time I need a trim.

She was so patient with my 11 year old daughter who wanted colored tips. My daughter was very particular about her hair and Kiri took the time to make sure she would get the expected result. And surely, the hair came out perfect. My daughter was thrilled and so was I. The color blending was impeccable and the shade was exactly what we asked for. Kiri's salon has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. She really takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. It's more than just hair, you feel pampered! Made an apointment with Lexi Harker at Liv Salon. She changed my appointment several times before…read moreactually seeing her. I was in her chair 4 hours. The color turned out fine but the hair extensions fell out the same day. She told me when I was in the chair that she spent the night before online trying to figure out how to do them. Very not happy customer. She new I was not happy while I was there. She said "I won't be offended if you don't have me do your extensions again" I paid her the full price. I messaged later telling her how I felt and how unhappy I was. I told her it wasn't fair I paid full price, told her I think it would be fair if she refunded me some of my money back not all of it. I know have to pay again to have them redone. This gal does weddings so brides be ware.. She does hair and make up. I would hate for this to happen on your special day.
