Third time using this company and just as good as the first time. Amazing results and awesome people!! Would highly recommend.

First, I would like to say, look at the reviews....the one by Debra T is fake- she has only reviewed this company, and she looks surprisingly similar to the person who came here to clean... hmmm... Now here is my experience- from a real Yelper. :) They were quick to schedule us in for an appointment. We called this company because we received a coupon in the mail for their company. The coupon was for 15% off carpet cleaning. They arrived- in fact, they were early! :) This was a mother and son team. They were very friendly. They came in with what appeared to be a small steam cleaner- only it didn't steam clean. Is it rented? I don't know. I have had my carpets cleaned by Stanley, and they come in with huge equipment and many products and protective booties and whatnot. They cleaned our living room, dining room, stairs and bedroom- for a total of 767 square feet, for $397. We presented them with the coupon, but they said they wouldn't honor it because it was another franchise. What????? We were then told our dog cannot be anywhere near the carpet for 2 hours! What kind of chemicals are they using? ugh. The carpet looks decent- cleaner than it was for sure. There are still many stains (we recently purchased the home, so they are not our stains). I'm not sure if they will come up or not if we went with another company. I was surprised they were out of here in less than an hour. I was surprised they didn't honor the coupon. They did an alright job, but next time, I will hire the bigger company, and I will pay less. :) P.S. I called Southwest Chem Dry, and they would have charge $158 less! read more

i just came to this website to get the contact info for this company because we need their services again. Imagine how upset I was to find that I have been called a liar, publicly at that. I don't have other reviews on this website because I don't usually post reviews online, but because Chem-Dry was an exceptional company I wanted to go out of my way to leave a positive review. I will continue to do that for companies that go Above and beyond. I didn't come here to clean, whatever that means. I stand by my review, and every statement made by me on the Internet. We called Chem-Dry by Warren based on the one Yelp review that I found. I had a window of 1-3PM when I made my appointment. Tony, Warren's son called to let me know the exact time he would show up about an hour before he did arrive at 2PM. Tony did an excellent job, he was very helpful and told me to make sure I changed the AC filters to prevent the air from pushing dust into the carpet edges along the baseboard. This creates a dark strip that does not come out. Another tip was to never use resolve or spot treatment products to spot clean. The only thing you need to think about is that the pricing is presented in three options. 1. Is a complete cleaning, 2. adds a sanitizing solution and 3. adds the sanitizing and a stain treatment like a scotch guard for furniture. My recommendation is to just go for option 1 and if later you get stains or need sanitizing just call them and have them come to clean. read more

Once again I am thrilled with the service and work from Chem Dry by Warren. We replaced all our carpet with tile a few years ago and needed it cleaned, especially the grout. We used Chem-Dry this week and yes, they were professional, polite and friendly. There was some graying in the walk way from the bedroom entrance to the bath that we discussed. We were told as well as given a handout stating this was a sign of WEAR and even though cleaned by Chem-Dry may not look nice and clean. it also said that this wear creates an illusion of soiling which leads to misunderstandings between carpet care experts and home owners. This Chem-Dry process did not clean the area very well. Our carpet is 31/2 years old (were original owners), vacuumed regularily and walked on by 2 people for 6 months out of the year. i called Mohawk the manufacturer of our carpet. We found out that our carpet has a lifetime stain resistant warranty, 12 years fade and texture retention and the grayish walkway area (from my husbands dark soled shoes) should come out with a hotwater extraction cleaning system. They also recommended the cleaner be CRI certified. We did not have a WEAR issue, it was a cleaning issue. This sevice cannot clean areas that are grayed or dulled by dark soled shoes. read more

I used this company to clean my carpets and couch/ love seat. I called them based on Yelp reviews. I live in Chicago and they were easily able to accommodate my schedule when coming down to Naples. In fact, everything was easy in dealing with them. Phyllis and her son came and did a great job. So great that I scheduled them to clean my tile and grout. We have white tile and white grout throughout or condo. ( except bedrooms). We purchased our condo 3 years ago and I have no idea when tile was cleaned last. In lifting the dining area rug, we could see what the grout was supposed to look like. Ours was variations of black! Phillis and her son did the job while I was gone. When I returned and saw my floors, I literally had tears in my eyes! It looked brand new! Billing and payment was reasonable and easy. I will use them again and again and would recommend them to anyone and everyone! read more
