The facilities are more than you'd expect from the best of private clinics: modern, well-equiped and impeccably spotless - but also calming and relaxing. What really stands out is the level of friendliness, care and concern expressed by Dr. Samaha and all of the staff - from the front desk, to the office manager, to the nurses - without exception. They actually made what could have been very stressful into a comfortable experience. Both times, the doctor followed up with a phone call (on a Saturday morning!) to see if all was well.
