I though $80 was high for a 60 minute foot massage as im used to the nice places in atlanta where they soak your feet, your sit in a big recliner and do little extras like your head neck and hands while your feet soak. Price was ~$110 per person for a 90-min deep tissue massage. They have only female masseuses, but if you're looking for deep pressure, they've got you! My negatives come mainly from the customer service perspective. My masseuse answered phone calls and texts DURING my massage. She had her ringtone on, so it would ring whenever she got a text, which really disrupted our peaceful mood. She spoke in Chinese, but it sounded like she was speaking to her partner on the phone. The masseuses both kept going in and out of the room to get things during our massage, which was also disruptive. While the massage itself was great - they used the right pressure and took the whole 90 minutes - the service was lacking. read more

Went to Chen's massage and got a massage with Sammy. It was supposed to be a 1 hour massage but it was only 45 minutes. After the massage, I paid the $75 fee plus a $10 tip. Sammy counted the money twice, then asked me, 'That's it? That's all you tip? You rich! You should tip more'! I could not believe what I was hearing!! I paid $85 for a 45 min massage, and during the massage, she was answering her phone! I was looking forward to a nice, relaxing evening but She completely ruined my night!! Buyer beware! The place is not clean either! I had to get my own paper towels to put down for my face, in the head rest! I do not recommend and will never be back!!! read more

This was unfortunately just not a good experience. They were very nice but it was not what I hoped for. First, you walk into this tiny office with about 3 rooms for massages right by the door. Every time someone walks in, a loud song plays as a door bell. the front desk is also there. I was led to the first room, right next to the front door and front desk. The man who did the massage was incredibly kind but there were so many things that were off. First, when he came to do the massage, he left the door open. It is very hard to relax when the door is open for everyone to see. Next, anytime someone walked in (UPS, or a customer) he would have to stop and talk to them. And that time was subtracted from my massage. Next, the massage was very strange. No real technique at all, just kind of squeezing and rubbing. He spent most of the time on my feet and it just felt disproportionate. Someone walked in looking for a massage in my last 10 mins and asked how long the wait would be. He told her 10 mins, came back, and then proceeded to only finish half of my back. He also never massaged my legs. This was probably the worst massage i've ever had. Just disappointing after spending $93 for an hour where I just felt frustrated by all the noises (the door being open, the people talking and standing right by the door, and the loud door bell). read more
